I had a terrible experience at Hotel Shiva. My room 106 reeked of foul smell for the whole duration of the stay. I informed hotel staff several times. But they had a careless attitude towards the whole situation. No one took any measures to address the issue. The staff did not take my complaints seriously and didn’t make any efforts to address the issue. Furthermore, the owner's rude behavior and the insistence on vacating the room before the scheduled check-out time, despite me having paid for a full day in advance, only added to my woes. Hotel Shiva lacks proper customer service and fails to prioritize guest satisfaction. Even at gunpoint, I would not recommend this hotel to any potential guest.
