Sunny Hill Resort

We rented the pool & rec room for my son's birthday party. The space was clean and well set up for the kids to have fun- video games, ping pong, board games, etc. The pool was awesome!! The staff were all superb!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Unfortunately ice fishing was a bit disappointing. The cottage was roomy, clean and warm. Full size appliances, lots of cupboard space in the kitchen. The bedrooms had ample storage as well. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. You won't be disappointed.

I love Sunny Hill. I've been here 4 or 5 times. I would go here every year but they are usually booked up by the time I know what week I have off for vacation. This year the wifi was terrible. I don't remember it ever being this bad. I personally don't care but if that's important to you, it might be a problem. Sunny Hill is in a secluded area but still close enough to grocery stores, LCBO and beer store. The view from the rental cottages and trailer are beautiful. They all view the lake.

We booked 4 cottages for New Year eve, with our friends. The cottages are great, clean and spacious, beds comfortable. We had a blast, the pool and hot tub amazing and we used them everyday since there was no snow. We will go back for sure, in the summer and winter again.

This resort is INCREDIBLE! We vacation often in different cottages up north, but Sunny Hill takes the cake. The washrooms, showers, pool, hot tub, and beach areas were immaculate. Staff & seasonal cottagers were so friendly! They brought over games for our kids to play and someone even brought over a s’mores kit for the kids. So thoughtful! We enjoyed our stay so much, we have decided to become seasonal cottagers ourselves. Highly HIGHLY recommend Sunny Hill Resort for your family getaway.

Our first time staying was this year. Had the entire family there. Clean, comfortable and staff very friendly. Always lots for everyone to do from the 2 year old to the 62 year old: fishing, swimming, games, campfires, kayaking and mich more. Beds were very comfortable. Looking forward to next year.

Beautiful property with nice views! Fantastic sunsets! Nice indoor pool and hot tub great fun for my granddaughter! Good fishing off dock...lots of Rock bass and some Pike! Very nice cottage with all the amenities. Only issue was Wi-fi but it was fixed and is now working fine Very freindly staff and quite accomodating! We re-booked for next year!

Hands down one of the best cottage resorts we have been to. Cottage was absolutely spotless and professionally cleaned. Cottage had everything you need and in good working order. Beds were comfortable which is a bonus. The grounds of the resort are impeccable and very clean and the indoor pool and hot tub were excellent for those days when needed. We are all looking forward to coming back next year.

This place was recommended to me by a friend 4+ years ago, and it's absolutely perfect. The first time, we rented a cottage - it was truly immaculent. Even places you wouldn't expect to be clean, were polished. For the last 3 years we've been bringing a 32 ft trailer. The sites are a good size and always clean. Full access to power, sewage & water. Everyone we've met at Sunnyhill, from employees to campers, have been respectful and helpful at every given moment. We usually stay for a week, and we rent one of their boats for the time we're there. The boats all have brand new motors and start first pull. Which proves they're well maintained, so you never have to worry about paddling home from the other side of the big beautiful lake Sunnyhill is on. And there are plenty of activities for children and families. From an indoor pool & hot tub, to a basketball court, gym, playroom, ping pong table, paddle boards, canoes and a beach. All which are also impressively well maintained with special care. While I would rather keep this place a family secret, it's unfair of me not to share how much effort is put into this park by the owners & their employees to make everyone's stay as comfortable and enticing as possible. So if you plan on going to this park, please help them maintain the same level of respect that you, your family and friends receive during your stay. Keep it clean and follow the fair rules that they've implemented to make everyone's stay unforgettable! Thank you again to all the staff! Cheers to a job well done!
