説實話體驗感一般，沒有什麼驚喜之處，住的不是很舒服，雖然便宜但沒有早餐在巴塞爾這樣的地方其實性價比並不高。服務不錯，氣氛也還不錯，還有離火車站非常近，依然值得推薦

I like the stay, it was easy to book and to check in , the apartment and the rooms were clean. The only issue is the parking in the area for whom has a car. The personnel in the restaurant are very friendly. I will for sure will be back to Hyve. Cheers

The room was immaculate, providing us with a sense of comfort and belonging. The game room was the perfect addition, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was lovely, and their presence made our experience truly memorable. Lovely place with Family

Excellent.(Safety,cleaning,comfortable)and very quite place in the center of Basel and close to the main Station.The Staff was very Kind and always helpful.For who loves running there is a nice big park very close to the hostel( 50 m distance)

It was a wonderful experience with lovely staff members- George at reception welcomed me with a warmed gesture and friendliness, Esra was helpful with my checkin, Suzanna gave a brief about life in basel and nicolas,chris and alex where also helping hands.

This was my second stay in the hotel. A wonderful location, very good breakfast with a very reasonable price. Great and clean room. Fast WiFi! Overall, great and very comfortable experience! Just be aware to book a room with a private bathroom which I always booked! Would definitely stay again in the future!

Everything was good. I stayed only for one night, but I had good experience. Girls in room were nice. I don't have a lot of time to met them all. Staff is wonderful. Places all around Hyve is great. Bathroom is clean and showers also. SBB station is near and all location in the city. Great experience!

Bed was comfortable and the place in general felt safe. Unfortunately, someone else in my room had the window open as wide as possible, and every time I closed it, they opened it again. The other guest looked at me like I was an alien when I suggested it shouldn't be open so wide in early March, as it was pretty cold out (5°C) I attempted to contact the staff but there was no answer until this morning (and no indication on the "live chat" in the app that nobody pays attention after 10pm). When they contacted me, they told me I could have used an emergency buzzer that nobody had told me about, and that there was no signage to help you find. Instead, I ended up struggling to sleep, despite wearing pyjamas, outdoor clothes, and my coat, because the duvet was so thin that it didn't keep me warm, even with the door to my capsule closed.

It's basically a youth hostel. Even though quiet hours are supposed to start at 10, the other guests played loud dance music til after midnight. As the hotel has entirely electronic access, there are not staff people on site to enforce the quiet rules. As a result, I slept terribly and will never book this again.
