My husband and I have a Yorkie that we travel with. The service desk personnel listened to my husband and put us in a very quiet room area where we could walk out little princess just right out the door. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed just a little hard for me but most are. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine. Boiler was out on the side for the room that I booked but was given another room which was fine. Staff very friendly and accommodating!

I was completely surprised to find that this chain had gotten into the suites area with a complete kitchen and necessities for a long-term stay.

Our first room was ok then we noticed that our air conditioner wouldn't shut off. It was 55 degrees in the room. So at midnight we switched rooms to same room type but very not a happy looking room. It was like we got downgraded. Our friend almost got kicked out of her room the next night because they didnt see on there booking that she paid fir two nights. They called her and told her that they were going to call the cops if she didn't get her stuff out of the room and pay. Which she prepaid had a reciept. The new guy that worked there was very nice everybody wasnt.

The room looked like the floor had never been mopped. Walked across it in white socks & they were black on the bottom. TV did not work. Spent 2 days & no housekeeping!! Will NOT be back & definitely would not recommend

I was not able to make it due to health reasons. The hotel would not cancel my reservation because i booked thru this website and was told to " look up *******s Customer Service number". I spent 30 minutes getting ahold of someone to cancel this. ******* was great, Customer service at the hotel, not so much

We had an extended stay due to waiting on a house. Housekeeping was excellent, checking everyday to see what we needed. The pool and courtyard were always clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff and the best price in the area.

I was charged extra fees just because they decide they wanted to. They said oet friendly but when I arrived and tried paying pet fee they told me only 1 dog limit and would lose my room and money if both came into room so had to find Foster care for one of my animals. They also kept my deposit that they demanded I pay after I already paid and booked the room because my make up was in there towels from washing my face and they said it wouldn't come out so they took photos and refused my money back to me. Dealt with 3 front desk people during 3 day stay all of which were rude with bad attitudes
