Location was not to good and you can see the some hair from the bedsheets haha

This is my second stay at this hotel and the interest, concern and solution-oriented nature of the male receptionist (I can't remember his name, I'm sorry :)) and the friendliness of the other staff members represent the quality of this hotel. It is an accommodation point that I would definitely recommend, it is one of the rare places where I feel serviced.

Breakfast is good, price is good

It was a wonderful hotel! Great service and we loved the amenities! The breakfast was the highlight because we enjoyed it so much!

It’s very poor service and bad location to access metro to city centre . Breakfast very very expensive for couple per day 1000TL . Hotel workers not professional! I made mistake to choosed hotel do not get back any more !!!

Good hotel. But for those who are into shopping it is far from the city centre

We had a nice stay, we had a special request during the reservation, thank you for making it happen. I would also like to thank our 7th floor attendant, Ms. Cansu.

There was a mini-sized toilet in the toilet, it felt like sitting cross-legged on the floor. This is my only negative point. Otherwise, it's a nice hotel.
