Fletcher Hotel Het Veluwse BOS

Nice cozy hotel, a bit outdated, enough parking spaces, room on the small side, shower and toilet very small, but clean. We had received a bongo as a gift, there was some confusion about it as well as about what we were allowed to eat, but it was good and sufficient. Breakfast was also fine, 2 types of beer on tap and 4 euros is normal these days.

Unfortunately a very bad experience with this hotel. My partner and I spent a long weekend in Apeldoorn and stayed at 3 Fletcher hotels in the area. The last evening we stayed at Fletcher hotel Het Veluwse Bos, where the arrival alone was a big disappointment. The Veluwse forest is nearby, but at a distance and, apart from a few posters, there is nothing green to be seen. The reception was supposed to close at 23:00, but we arrived at 22:30 and it was already closed. Because of this we had to call someone. This person explained to us how to get the key and to our room. After a kind of scavenger hunt, we arrived at our room. We had chosen a comfort double room. We paid extra for this, but we thought it was worth it after a nice birthday weekend (we thought). The room was very small, dirty and on the road. The shower was dirty, it was impossible to get toilet paper from the toilet and the glass door really tests your relationship. You could hear everything and also if someone left early, the light outside would go on and you would wake up. Furthermore, the room gave a very unsafe feeling, which woke my partner and I several times. Unfortunately, but completely expected, the breakfast was also very disappointing. It was therefore no surprise that at check-out we were not asked if everything had been to our liking.

Niet waardig om geld voor te vragen. Badkamer heel erg smerig en veel te klein. Toilet niet bruikbaar en defect. Totaal geen interesse voor de klant vanuit de mensen van het hotel incl de manager. Parkeerplaatsen tekort. Geen lift aanwezig.

Tjonge wat een ongastvrij hotel. Daniele vd receptie denkt niet out of the box. Bespaar me de moeite wat er gebeurd is dat noem ik maar verspilde energie. Zij kleurt alleen binnen de lijntjes. Totaal niet geschikt als gastvrouw. Kunnen beter een papegaai achter de receptie zetten. Kleine kamer voor geld dat ze vragen en een douche waar je je kont niet kan keren! Oubollig en niet echte frisse kamers. Andere Fletcher hotels waren veel gastvrijer dan Beekbergen. Vriendelijk personeel. Daar kunnen in Beekbergen van leren. Regelmatig maken mijn mannen en ik gebruik van hotels. Besloten om daar nooit meer daar overnachten.
