Property promoted working air conditioning. NO Air conditioning at all. The sanitary conditions also below par. The manager understood our perceptions and the real situation or conditions at the moment and refunded payment charged.

Air conditioning didn’t work on a really hot evening. Double room was absolutely tiny, as was the bathroom

Very close to busses and tram. Good breakfast buffet. Very basic accommodations but bed are pretty comfortable. A tram trip to center city is SO WORTH IT! The water mirror is amazing! And the restaurants in that are are really good. Very lively and lots of nice people.

Great place for one or a few nights. Great breakfast.

Everything very good, access to the center of Bordeaux by metro in 10 minutes, excellent service.

Very well located, car spaces not far away, tramway downstairs, very good sound insulation because there is no nuisance despite the tramway works etc. Classic room. Just downside: breakfast room which is too impersonal, the curtain does not fill in enough daylight. Pleasant staff.

I stayed 4 nights in this establishment. My room was on the avenue side, a lot of noise from outside due to the poor quality windows. Buses of tourists disrupt the flow of breakfast (20 minutes of waiting)

We had a room where only the bed fit, the air conditioning did not work well, we could not rest properly. The breakfast room is small. The good thing is that it has a tram station right in front. Good shower water pressure.

____________________ THE GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION ---------- Good location with the tram in the direct vicinity to go to the center of Bordeaux. Also not far from Bègles station. Otherwise a few shops/restaurants nearby. This can therefore be a hotel to choose to be not far from the center without spending too much, or to go to the Matmut Atlantique stadium because of the direct line. ____________________ THE HOTEL AND THE WELCOME ---------- Standard B&B in every way, very warm welcome, quick check-in. There is a seating area with dispensers and microwaves. Elevators to access the rooms. ____________________ THE ROOM ---------- Room and bathroom smaller than average. The room has a TV, small wardrobe, desk and is air-conditioned which is a good point. The bathroom is as said small, plus the shower is quite poorly designed like all B&Bs, it gets wet everywhere after a shower. The whole thing is clean, comfortable bedding. ____________________ THE RESTAURANT ---------- A breakfast service is offered in the common room in the form of a sweet/savoury buffet, very good B&B standard, pastries, cakes, breads, scrambled egg, bacon, sausage . ____________________ QUALITY/PRICE VALUE AND SERVICES ---------- Value for money which can be expensive depending on the period. Paid private parking, but the staff should pay more attention to the exterior! The entrance to the parking lot serves as a location for the building's trash cans, apparently with many leftover food on the ground, you have to walk in it to dial the parking code, unacceptable. The wifi works very well. ____________________ IN SUMMARY ---------- Rooms much smaller than average but everything is clean. TB breakfast, space to eat if necessary with vending machines. Big problem with cleanliness outside, numerous food waste on the ground just in front of the entrance to the private parking lot, seems to be the location of the trash cans for collection.
