酒店在衚衕裏面，不清楚是老建築還是仿建的，外面很漂亮，裏面的迴廊也不錯，有歷史的風格；建築內的過道和房間內空間不大；床很大，不過房間內剩餘空間就小一點，裏面是老式的木頭傢俱。提供一次性的洗漱用品，沒有一次性的杯子，在衞生間放有2個倒置的陶瓷杯子，看見後有些犯難，後來還是去便利店買了一次性紙杯使用。我住的房間窗户外可以看見下面的院子。前台的女孩子很熱情，詢問她們附近有哪裡吃早餐和便利店都很熱情的解答，點贊。附近100米左右就有幾家早餐店，有油條、牛肉湯、燒餅等，好像早上6點以後就開始營業了，早上還看見附近的住户穿着睡衣拿着碟子來買油條。也有京東便利店，就在衚衕盡頭，走路3-5分鐘。附近很多吃飯的地方，走路10-15分鐘就有“烤肉劉”，在那裡吃了晚餐。適合想體驗北京胡同居住環境的旅遊或者出差人士。
