首先酒店本身是一個桑拿，預訂前我就知道，但沒想到桑拿的“味”那麼重，這個不是氣味的意思，就是那個整體的感覺。
其次，本身是一個高端會所，所以酒店並不是它的業務重點，屬於多餘資源的延展利用吧。
從目前北京的酒店情況來説，性價比還是很高的，尤其是包含早餐。但是，對於住超過三天的客人而言，問題就多了：
1，早餐。早餐很好，檔次也很高。但四天都是一模一樣，比較單調。
2，吃完早餐出門。感覺住酒店客人是個另類，需要穿過桑拿的換衣間，非常奇怪。
3，服務有點過度了，尤其是針對住酒店的客人，感覺時刻都是一個服務員把你送到另一個服務員。
最後，總結一下，上面都是我非常個人的體驗，單從品質、質量這些而言，還是非常非常好的。也非常值得推薦！尤其是早餐、水果、免費送的飲料等等。

前台服務差，做事死板，還錯收錢（後來退了）。水療推背老是推薦多用材料的附加服務，一袋鹽就四百來，很煩人

性價比超低的水療，軟硬件設施都和宣傳以及客單價不匹配。兩個人花了七千多，感覺非常不值當。房間略顯陳舊，也沒有特色可言，大家避雷，花這個錢大可以選擇其他家

真的是太不值了！首先環境來講 是還不錯 但是基本也就是北京湯泉Q平均標準 但是這是我去過的最小的湯泉⋯.基本除了吃的（並且説實話真的很一般）啥都沒有⋯衹有幾個坐的地方 基本你根要娛樂根本沒有 其次我定了三樓的酒店 電視時壞的 並且為什麼對於訂酒店的客户其餘一點優惠都沒有？？？湯泉門票Q門市價格 裡邊所有項目全是門市價格 真的太離譜了 本來打算待24小時但是實在是太無聊了⋯什麼也幹不了 下次再也不回來了 體驗很差⋯而且還有199的服務費 請問服務什麼了？？？？並且補充一點 房間的電視居然是壞的 服務員一趟一趟進來修 根本沒法好好休息
