Service ist etwas lahm.Niemand spricht Englisch.Nicht mal ein Bisschen.Frühstück ist in Ordnung.Hot Spring geht gar nicht.Veraltet,starke Chlor-Urin Gerüch.

從停車場託運行李 到遊客中心登記 管家一開始就開始無微不至的服務 早在高速上就打電話 加微信 發小程序 到店時門口早已辦理完房卡等候 十分貼心周到 房間佈置格局令人滿意 乾淨衞生自不用説 還有水果和點心 歐舒丹的洗護可以説是意外驚喜 居然帶了同款 早知道就不用帶洗護了 早餐中規中矩 像極了酒店早餐風格 總之十分滿意 期待下次相遇

The service is quite lagging! I booked a duplex family suite through Ctrip, but the hotel did not have a dedicated butler, and the front desk was very perfunctory. I scanned the code to add a little assistant, but he ignored the hot springs and did not respond until I checked out (see picture). From check-in, booking hot springs, shuttle buses, and luggage check-in, I had to ask, understand, and worry about everything by myself. I did not feel the butler service at all. I was confused for the first time and missed some project arrangements. During the stay, I reported some problems through Ctrip customer service. Ctrip said that the hotel would call me to explain, but it did not.

非常滿意的一次旅行，服務很好，沒想到週末假期人很多，但是酒店管理的很好，泳池不錯，佟經理從入住一直到離店都安排的很好 下次還選他安排入住

酒店設施齊全 娛樂項目豐富 酒店工作人員服務熱情 尤其佟經理更是熱情周到 總體體驗非常好

送早餐和温泉，整體不錯，佟經理特意提示我早點去吃早餐

剛到景區，酒店就有管家聯繫我們，幫我們訂温泉時間，轉天早上的早點，服務特別周到，態度和藹可親，有問題也都幫我耐心的解答，特別感謝

設施不錯，服務很好，特別是林經理管家式服務很貼心，提前聯繫住宿需求，考慮到長者孩子特意給安排了合適的房間。住宿期間跟蹤服務，很方便。

都滿意，房間好早餐好，服務也好。
