As a solo traveler, I was looking for an affordable and comfortable hotel in Beijing. The Ease Hotel was all that and even more. A clean room with a comfortable bed and extremely helpful and dedicated staff. The location is very quiet and the metro and train station are within walking distance. I was very satisfied and would recommend the hotel to any traveler, whether alone, as a couple or in a group.

The service staff are warm and friendly, especially the front desk staff, and even the interns are great. However, the cleaning needs to be improved, for example, there is still dust in the corners, but overall the flaws are not concealed, and there will be next time.
