來北京喜歡住駐京辦，這次的武漢大廈是體驗最不好的一次。網上價格比實體價格優惠不多，住了兩天，第二天打掃衞生衹是收了垃圾，床鋪未整理，毛巾未更換。房間冰箱裏有前面顧客遺漏的外賣，第二天跟前台説收了避免異味，答應着可晚上回去發現還在……房間暖氣太足了，想多要瓶礦泉水都不行，一般連鎖酒店都會給的，非要多花兩元買嗎？整體服務很一般！總之，不會再來第二次了，想住這附近的，建議考慮河南大廈，同樣的價位還是要更舒心的服務

首先，看出來你們這裏不太像以盈利為目的，部分員工比如前台，就像某些國企小區物業一樣，解決一些人員安置問題，為什麼這麼説呢，因為這個前台給我的感覺不像是我來辦理入住的，而像是來求人辦事的，什麼年代了，真是奇葩！2月12日辦理入住，我就想説這個前台是走後門進來的吧，一副愛答不理的態度，在正常的酒店真見不到你們這種員工，第一，工作時間不站在自己的崗位，需要門口保安喊她什麼姐，才會出來接客，建議你們配個沙發給她躺着，可別累着，第二，態度有嚴重問題，莫名其妙有一副愛答不理的態度，我是花錢來辦理住宿的，不知道誰慣的這種毛病，好好説話不會嗎？幹不了這個工作可以回家歇着!什麼玩意
