公寓房間寬敞，很乾凈，視線很好，可以看看外面的風景，帥氣的房東也很熱情，設施很齊全，洗澡的、辦公桌都有，還有投影效果不錯，下次有機會還會再來這。

不得不説便宜沒好貨，關鍵也不便宜。吸睛的loft的確很寬敞，除此之外毫無優點，沒網，（説是事故維修，在前台貼着説明提醒，但目測這張紙已經貼了有一點時間了），進屋之後潮氣撲鼻。房間大到客廳衞生間，小到陽台都是灰塵。更嚇人的是樓上，床🛏的上面是沒有包裹好的管道，夜裡嘀嗒嘀嗒流水聲，樓上有人入廁的時間都能測算出來……行吧，就這樣吧，真實感受。

房間挺大的，裏面的水是免費的飲料是收費的，但是我們是半夜入住的，去了以後啥都沒有了，去找前台，前台説沒有了，我説半夜超市都關門了幫我們找一瓶水也行，她説你們自己叫外賣吧，找人送，我們這裏沒有了就是沒有了，態度挺不好的，但是當時太晚了也沒辦法再去找其他酒店了，衹能住下來了
這個衞生真的重點説啊，真的很差很差很差很差很差，就是驢糞蛋，表面光，實際上真是很糟心，那個被子睡得感覺有點感覺扎身體，這個不影響主要是被褥床鋪很臟，睡到半夜被跳蚤還有小蟲子咬醒了，然後就各種很癢各種睡不着，最基本的衞生都沒有，我覺得真的很差，改善就先從衞生和服務先改吧真的很臟，受不了，從此對loft再無幻想

快跑 凌晨兩點樓上，下水道排水的聲音清晰可聽
完全睡不着 沙發上也睡不着 更要命的是房間迴音
對於下水管一點隔音措施沒有 管道離床兩米內 聽的實在是太清楚了

環境可以，服務好，到八達嶺長城比較近，到明13陵非常近，周邊好長的也比較多，最重要的是房間是上下兩層的很大。

體驗最差的一次住宿，沒有之一。從來沒給過差評，這個實在沒忍住。管家給人的感覺就是民宿是大爺，你愛住不住，可能是怪咱民宿住少了，眼界不夠吧。首先找不到位置，打電話問管家，就不耐煩，本來也不是本地人，找不到很正常吧。好不容易找到了，又沒人告訴我們該做哪一步電梯，停了車就近做電梯上樓，結果門鎖着，出不去，打電話把門開開了，問我們為什麼從這一部電梯上來！！！服務態度差就算了，環境一般問算了，好歹你房間設施完善吧，結果淋浴噴頭壞的！！！燒水壺臟的不敢用！！！拜託你不要以民宿自居，為民宿抹黑。
