Four Points by Sheraton Beijing, Haidian Hotel

Zhongguancun Area Beijing|2.92km from Renmin University of China Century Hall
I had a nice staycation at the Four Points by Sheraton. I was happy that they allowed foreigners as many hotels in Beijing are not taking foreigners since the Pandemic. The location was ok as it was in the area as my university, and I did not want to go far from campus. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, and there was always an English-speaking staff member at reception on duty. All you must do is ask for an English-speaking staff member. There is a lounge area where you can order snacks and drinks (this is also the same menu for room service). By the way you must request for the room service menu directly from reception and they will send someone to your room to take the order. There is also the option to pre-order breakfast to have in the room each evening. There is a traditional Chinese Tea House on the premises for any who are looking for some cultural emersion. There is also a Chinese barbeque right outside the hotel and you can charge the bill to your room, which I found convenient. The gym is small but has most equipment and the pool is indoor. However, it is also used for swimming classes for kids which is inconvenient. Too many children and too much noise. The breakfast was nice. A mixture of Chinese and Western cuisine. Dinner is buffet and a la carte. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The spa was unfortunately closed. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend it for the price point it has.

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, it is clean and tidy, and it is very cost-effective in the same area. It is next to the back door of the National People's Congress and there is a large supermarket opposite. The courtyard is very quiet and the service attitude is good. My children like it very much. I will consider staying here next time. !

Highly recommended hotel with 5-star reviews! This recommendation is purely personal! Stayed with an old and a young child for two days. The hotel is in a great location, a 2-minute walk from the subway entrance. The front desk staff have great service, they are patient and enthusiastic, and they help with luggage in every possible way! Including the aunties who clean the rooms are also very enthusiastic. When I was leaving, I saw them kneeling on the floor mopping the floor. They were super serious! The room is equipped with intelligent settings and humanized technology. We were given water + drinks, and we were told that we could have unlimited refills. Although we didn’t use this service, it was more considerate than many hotels! There is also a small gift before leaving! The whole thing is warm and considerate!

Although it is a hotel that opened quite a long time ago, it is constantly being updated and improved. It is located in Zhongguancun, Haidian, in the school district of major prestigious schools in Beijing. Everything is expensive, so it is understandable that the room price is a little expensive. Hehe, come on, take it to the next level.

The service is in place, the room facilities are clean and tidy, the traffic is convenient, and the enthusiasm for serving every customer is thoughtful for the guests. It is very convenient to wash the large balcony on the second floor.
