Orange Hotel (Beijing Olympic Sports Conference Center)

Asian and Olympic Games Village Area Beijing|0.79km from The Training Gymnasium of the National Olympic Sports Center
Orange is the first choice when traveling🍊 Environment: Close to Subway Line 5, a six- to seven-minute walk (go straight to the left after exit A of the subway and turn left at the first intersection). There is a shopping mall (Ito-Yokado) with supermarkets and restaurants within a 15-minute walk. For shopping, it is close to the Bird's Nest Water Cube. If you arrive in the afternoon, I highly recommend this place. After checking in and taking a quick rest, you can check in directly at the Bird's Nest Water Cube. Health & Service: They are all pretty good. Because I am traveling to Beijing, I basically leave early and return late and spend less time in the store, but I am still very comfortable during the period and there is no unpleasantness due to the health service. Facilities: I didn’t realize it at first. After I checked out of the hotel and checked into another Orange Hotel in Tianjin, I discovered that the two rooms I booked were similar. The difference was a bit big. I went back to check the order. After comparing the pictures, I found that they should have been upgraded. Regarding the room type, I was quite curious as to why the waiter didn’t take the initiative to inform me at that time. The breakfast room is small and you have to wait for a table when there are many people. The breakfast variety is quite rich. At that time, old reviews said that the hotel also provides late night snacks. I wanted to try it, but it was temporarily suspended due to the Spring Festival, which was a bit regretful.

Beijing Asian Games Village Bird's Nest Meilun Hotel

Asian and Olympic Games Village Area Beijing|1.8km from The Training Gymnasium of the National Olympic Sports Center
at checkin I asked for a free upgrade (like I always do, because you never know unless you ask), but nobody could speak even a little English, so the staff didn't understand me. when I came into the room, it was one without windows. first I didn't care much, but it was unbearable warm (28 degrees) inside and even after 2 hours with AC on full power, it didn't get cooler. so I asked to change the room and double checked on my booking, turned out I in fact got downgraded at checkin. I did get a new room with window, but same problem with heat over there, AC not working at all (picture taken in the morning after whole night set to 18 degrees), although the window helped a little. outside it was around 20 degrees in daytime and 10 in the nighttime, but the window was just too small to exchange enough air with outside, especially when the curtain is closed. I don't want to imagine the room temperature in summer, when you have outside temperatures of 35 degrees in the daytime and 25 in the night... for this price I didn't expect to get such a bad service and environment. other thoughts: very nice and modern design and very clean. the doors are not very soundproof, you can hear every voice loud and clear, when people talk in front of the door. the location is okay, you have a subway station ”nearby” (10 minutes walk), but nothing really interesting in the direct neighbourhood. breakfast I didn't try, so I cannot say anything about it. gym is a joke and only good for taking a picture for your WeChat moments. all in all I'd say there are way better options in this price segment and I wouldn't come here again.

Service: Good service attitude Environment: I was traveling with my baby during the Spring Festival. My baby was designated to see the Bird's Nest, so my mother booked the executive floor, which was convenient for breakfast. The breakfast was very rich. The service girl's attitude was also very good. Our child could see the Bird's Nest when he opened the window. He was also very happy. The price is also affordable. I went to the same Crowne Plaza in Harbin last month and the price was at least double. There was no special price increase due to the Spring Festival. We will come again next time. The double bed room is also very comfortable. The photos taken here are also very beautiful. The mother’s photos are beautiful and the baby’s photos are handsome. Happy Hour 17:30 to 20:30: Convenient, fast, and filling Afternoon tea in the executive lounge: Did not participate, still in the scenic spot Health: good Facilities: A little bit old

Environment: It’s convenient for dining. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Takeaway is also convenient. Hygiene: The room is very cost-effective. The room was upgraded for free. It is hygienic and clean with complete supplies. Facilities: I have to say that this hotel is awesome. There are two toiletries in the washbasin. They are not disposable. Not every room has such a big bathtub and large bar. I like it. This room type is an upgraded suite. I will book it next time. This room type is amazing

Hygienic: The hotel should be newly renovated and the sanitation is very clean. Service: I ordered takeaway several times, and later asked for a quilt. The hotel was satisfied and the response was very fast. The service attitude is really good. I have been to Beijing for a year and have lived in the best service and environment hotel. This is my first time staying at this hotel. I usually stay at Haidian Weishi Hotel. I feel that this hotel is quite good. The twin room I booked was a bit noisy. I called and upgraded it to a king-size bed. The service is very good. I will stay here again next time.

Every time I come here, I will stay at this hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, and the towels and bath towels are new. The room and the front desk will greet each time they meet, very warm.
