the place was disgusting, dirty bed , dirty bathroom , "" they dont even have towels "" , the staff so rude and disrespectful...
if you want to stay in hamra just skip this hotel

The price was cheap, however the property has limited amenities.
No power overnight, no towels were provided.

overall mediocre hotel, but for 2 days there was literally no water in the showers and some yellow water from the taps and I couldn’t shower. the reception just kept telling me it’ll be resolved in 10 mins for a whole day and offered no compensation or support whatsoever. their attitude was basically “it’s ok deal with it”. I had to shower with bottled water i bought from the supermarket…

The staff is absolutely fantastic. They are very respectful and kind and very accommodating. They make you feel safe and are always present, no matter the hour. The facility is clean, accommodating and in a fantastic area that is close to everything you may need. I’m impressed with the location. I will definitely stay here again and won’t hesitate to book again! Thanks for an awesome experience

Friendly team, cozy and calm area, affordable price and stylish interior. When i arrived they upgraded me to junior suite and offered me coffee because of a delay in check in. Overall it was a very good experience and highly recommended.

Had unforgettable memories me and my friends. Every time the experience are amazing with Great staff and effort. The rooms are super clean and modern. You will feel cozy the moment you step in the room. The location is near by most the activity in Beirut. Keep it 🥂

Despite of lacking hospitality rules & regulations…and a very poor room service. Out of sudden you will hear a stupid untrue gossiping about you from there staff that might effect your reputation. In addition to the miscommunication between them as a team.
