The accommodation is very good, the hotel facilities are good, but this place is inconvenient in transportation, there are few taxis, and the local taxi is better. Located in Lippo Cikarang area, this hotel is very good for business travelers. Industrial area surrounding but it is not crowded. Perfect for you who need a calm and quiet hotel for relax. And I tried to do staycation in this hotel at New Year eve. Receptionist staff is polite and friendly. I ordered beer and food at room service, the service is very fast and food is so tasty, but they forgot to bring the spoon. Haha. Facillites are good. Gym and pool are open for guest. But when I arrived at the hotel, there isn't any staff to check my body temperature as standard healthy protocol. And there isn't any handglove prepared for guest to take buffet menu (when I had buffet dinner. It's too risk due the pandemic, but at breakfast time there is a staff who help me to take the food). Please improve your health protocol standard. Overall, I have a nice stay experience here. I will recommended this hotel and will be back for staycation soon.

I had a one night sleep in this hotel which would last long in my memory. The service and food was excellent and I couldn't complain about the room. It's clean and cozy (they even have a bath tube). An extraordinary experience, I might say. Not to mention the amenities provided in your room. They have a hair dryer, a shoe polish and a shoe horn. With all the service and the facilities, I'd totally recommend you this place.
