We arrived at the Masmavi to be greeted by their lovely staff with cold drinks and snacks as we had a slight delay on our flight. We were told we’d been upgraded to a lagoon room to our delight! This room far exceeded our expectations, it was absolutely huge and had access to a pool shared got a handful of rooms. Everywhere in the hotel is immaculate and there is something for everyone entertainment wise. One thing that really stood out to me was the kids club (called the MyMo Club). It was excellent, my daughter went every single afternoon and also asked to go to the morning sessions as she loved it that much. The children do all sorts of activities during this time meaning we could get some quiet time and able to relax child free for a couple of hours. The kids club was by far the best one we have experienced and Louisa, Lewis, Arfie and Lia made my daughter feel so special. They were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for the children. We will certainly miss them and we hope to return to this hotel. Xx

We spent 10 days in the family room lagoon. Very nice, spacious room with direct access to the pool. Professional service, great food. Rich animation program for adults and children. Louisa, Aleyna, Aylin took care of our kid in a very professional and entertaining way. Thank you

Wonderful holiday at the Masmavi Hotel. From arriving to leaving we found all staff members very friendly and always happy to help. They work so hard to maintain the cleanliness and grounds of the hotel. Although this was all inclusive we always try to tip members of staff especially the cleaners as they cleaned our room everyday also the waiters who really go all out to look after you (thanks to Denize) The complex is beautiful as is the beach. Very clean and we treated ourselves to the beach hut a couple of times. We'll worth it for that extra bit of privacy as we had a 9month old so was great for keeping him out of the sun etc. We had a swim up lagoon room which was gorgeous and really big with lovely views and a patio that got the sunshine in the morning. Food was delicious especially the cakes! They serve cakes and coffee in the Wundabar from 2:30 you have to try it! The most delicious cakes I've ever tasted. Overall we would definitely recommend to others who are looking to relax in an all inclusive resort complex. The entertainment is fantastic too, lot's of activities if that's something you are looking for. There is something for everyone and the transfer is around 40mins from airport. Perfect for families and our little one had a great time... (they have a baby room) which has sterilisers and a little fridge with jars of food if needed. We took our own milk etc and had bits from the buffet which had a huge variety of everything you could imagine. Would highly recommend! Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

we stayed at the masmavi as a base for a golfing holiday the past 8 days. Check in was easy and we were taken on a buggy to our room which was a lagoon ground floor 2 bedroom and given a brief tour of the grounds on the way which was nice the hotel in itself is good, the grounds are spotless, the pools are very nice and clean and the staff are polite. the Entertainment also cant be faulted at all for the effort thats put in but there are definitely things that dont make it 5 star the buffet food is the same nearly every night and for everyone who says its excellent i suggest trying to stay in a better brand of hotel, we tried the flavour a la carte and that was just ok, i would try the spaghetti over the lamb shank. We tried the steak house which you have to pay extra for and were told that the Tbone was not available but they would give us the fillet at the same price. thinking that was a great deal we ordered it to find that not all the steak was fillet we ended up twice eating in belek town which is really not what should happen when you are all inclusive the alcoholic drinks are watered down massively, more so than any hotel ive ever been at. we drank at the chill out bar and the pool bar every night and neither the beer or spirits had any effect on any of us. we were told by one of the entertainment team that they do it for all drinks that are not premium..... in the end it was a great time because of our own company but when we return to turkey in the coming years we wont be staying here.

We had such a great week. It was myself and 4 year old. The kids club surpassed my expectations and my daughters. Safe, efficient, fun and welcoming. The team are great. Louisa, Lewis, Arife and Lia. Face painting, games, colouring, bubble party, pirate day, beach and pool visit. My daughter didn’t want to go home. She really settled in well. Every night straight after dinner there is a family disco where the entertainers involve the children in dancing. The success of kids club made our holiday as I was able to have a break myself for a couple of hours and reassured that she was safe and only I could sign her in and out. The rest of the provisions were great too. Good selection of food and drinks. Plenty of space at the pools and beach. Lovely patisserie and coffee in the afternoon. Always somewhere to get food, but a good balance of snacks and fries with alot of healthy and good food too. I’ve been to some and it’s all fried food and sugary drinks. That said we just have had in excess of 15 ice creams. The ice cream hut was definitely a fave. Entertainment was great too. Very professional! Would go back!
