Luxury with details ❤️🌹 It was the best holiday I had, excellent management and polite staff and excellent service in high security. It is definitely recommended for family and friendly travel. I will choose this place again for a holiday.

Never understood why people would go back to the same hotel until now. This hotel was beyond brilliant. Heated pools throughout, the comfiest beds, and the food was unreal. Best we’ve ever had in any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. I will miss my salted caramel iced latte, they were so good…. Every night there was something different. The entertainment was great too, the Michael Jackson tribute night was first class. Quick and easy to get to from the airport, 5 mins in a taxi to the market. It was ideal, and a great family holiday destination.

Honestly, it's a very good hotel. All inclusive! There are slides for children. We really liked it. Buffet, children's club. I advise!! Every evening there is a musical performance, it's very great. I am delighted with the hotel and the service. Thank you!

Very nice and cosy Hotel, everything is closed to you so no need to walk km . The food is very good , lot of choice with good quality of food . You can always find something to eat from early morning to late night ( a la carte burgers, soup , fruits in Martini bar ). Even we were in beginning of May lot of activities for kids (clown OKY is the best ) and adults. The animation team is fantastic Mustafa, Halil , Temar, DJ and all team members are super friendly and kind, Party's , live music and entertainment on high level . The service is also on very high level , special mention to girls working in taco restaurant during the day , food and cocktails are great . I have to mention another young girl , Dilan (Dilosh) working in the lobby bar, first time I met such a kind and wonderful person, thank you Dilan wish you all the best !!!! Bar tenders are also super friendly and make good cocktails , Izo , Ra**** well done !! Overall Papillon Ayscha is great hotel but the people working there make this place even better !!

We stayed at papillon ayscha for 8 nights, we loved it and so did my 2 nieces. The hotel is spotless, something is always being cleaned. The outside area beautiful, the kids club is amazing! So many different things for kids to do such as cinema room, Lego room, outside park area. The staff are really friendly although they don’t seem to understand English very well BUT that doesn’t take away the 5* at all. The entertainment at night is the best I’ve watched at any hotel, we all enjoyed it. The food was always kept warm, there is a kids buffet too. The rooms are great we had the connecting room which was set out really well. I would 100% recommend this hotel it’s definitely luxury

Awesome travel with extraordinary experience! You cannot expect something like that. Hotel staff are helpful, friendly and so experience. The reception desk were fluent in Russian too. It's one of best choice for families specially with kids. plenty of restaurant are there too that you may want to try some, but you'd better try the main restaurant (right at lobby) at lease one time. Almost every food for every taste were there. The chefs check the foods every period of time to make sure all the things go well. The swimming pools are also included some water sport too. Also luggage room was very helpful. You may also want to try SPA Service with high quality service and reasonable price. Overall you can expect all-in-one hotel for services. There are many to tell about the facilities but I'd rather to talk more about Papillon philosophy that I found. The hotel pay much attention to their customers, even here I'm sure that some staff is responsible for check the guests review and improve it. The hotel not only pay attention to human but also animal, and even Trees. If you look at the entrance gate of the hotel. you can see two trees right inside the ceiling that were not cut down for this reason. also you can see the cats outside area in hotel. That impressed me too. All the staff try hard to make sure that guests enjoy their stay. I think Customer Satisfaction also be as a key role from the hotel management point of view. Also I'd like to mention couple of minor points about hotel (only for hotel itself), that I think might be useful to pay more attention due to the last experience (but there didn't affect my score point here at all). Here these are: - There is some toilet at the lobby with reverse tap of water. Generally clockwise is for close and anti-clockwise is for open. but you might be surprised with plenty of water! - The Wi-Fi hotel is good but it needed your email address for registration fist. Also reception form at check-in included some privilege of using your provided information too and you haven't other option except signing it. I think it is not common and it'd better to prepare other option for the guest. Also near the coast Wi-Fi connection show strong signal but actually not work. I think it may also can be check. - I couldn't find any ventilation for bathroom (toilet) in the room. I also tried almost all of room keys but it seems those were not related to this (at least and if it had). - The shopping stores was so small but it seems it could be more extended. - Taxis in front of hotel are almost ready but using them may not be a good idea. I'm pretty sure you can take from outside with more reasonable price, even with better service. Best Wishes & Thanks for attention.

Amazing hotel with so many great activities. Great staff and very child oriented. The main restaurant caters for all and the food is always delicious. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, always kept clean. The only downside we encountered was the majority of the clientele were Russian, always pushing in and quite rude, the language barrier made it hard for the children to play with others, however we had a great week and would definitely return.

An excellent choice for an annual family vacation. Went with our 2 teenage daughter and all us relished every minute. This is a superb resort which ticks all the boxes: - Spacious and luxurious rooms - 5 star facilities - Luxurious private beach - Huge and clean outdoor and indoor swimming pools - Spa with sauna and steam - All inclusive with huge variety of world cuisine and huge array of cocktails and Alcoholic beverages - Snack bar at the beach - 24 hour admiral bar with food options - Wide array of day time, evening and night entertainment, sports and parties - 4 Al carte fine dining restaurants Most importantly very friendly staff who does everything to get to know you and make you feel special. Special Callout to the manager Makbule who is super helpful and goes out of the way for customer satisfaction.

We visited in April as a family of four and had a lovely time. It is a small hotel with everything you need, plus point was the heated pools. We stayed in the villa which was lovely and worth it but the pools around the villas are not heated. The restaurant for the villa guests only was lovely. The main restaurant had a good variety of food with the outdoor cooking stations too then you have the beach restaurant too for lunch. The coffee house serves beautiful coffee. Shows were good in the evening for the guests and the kids club was brilliant. The staff there was lovely with the kids. Big shout out to the guest relations manager Makbule who really took care of us from the minute I booked I contacted the hotel and she was just so helpful. Lovely stay and we will be back.
