Well Maxx Royal you didn’t disappoint! 🎅🏻 We had such an amazing 8 day Christmas break, the service, the food, the drinks, the facilities, the feel & vibe were all just fabulous. Our Maxx assistant Behnam & Elif were always on hand with everything we needed. We requested cake & balloons for my sons birthday to which they arranged with no hesitation. My boys loved the arcade & bowling & visited many times. The staff in there were super, (apologies for not catching their names). We were very lucky with the weather at this time of year, it averaged 19/20c each day bar two where it rained but we took a taxi to Belek shopping centre for sone retail therapy. On Christmas Day we paid for a family peel, foam & massage in the spa, it was a little pricey at €100 each but we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Our Christmas gala meal was delicious & the production & set up was quite something. I will say our boys didn’t enjoy it as they said it felt too posh & if I’m honest it wasn’t very child friendly, I wouldn’t attend again with children, so they left to play in the arcade leaving us in peace! My husband & son played golf twice & said it was a fabulous course & the staff in the clubhouse were very accommodating. Overall the winter concept at this hotel is the best, if you’re thinking about booking in the winter just go for it! I hope one day we can save enough to return! 🤞🏻

We really enjoyed our stay at maxx royal. The hotel is amazing. This has been the second time, and especially because of our assistant Arda. He made our stay so memorable and his service was excellent, and most important; he was very welcoming and kind. If we needed anything, he made it happen immediately. We would recommend him to everyone!

It was amazing honeymoon experience thanks to our assistants Pelin and Esra. They were so cute and helped a lot. Also the hotel was so clean and well designed. Food was very good. Thanks to Fatma Cicek very much for cleaning of the room in best way.

The hotel met my wildest expectations, the service was well organize and at the highest level, as well as delicious food , excellent fish Restaurant and a beautiful and well-kept golf course. Amazing place! I will come back there with great pleasure :)

Great experience. Everything was beyond expectations from service to stuff, room and conditions. I couldn't find any bad point. For sure I will come back with a larger group. The food was very good in all restaurants. Inclusive A la carte or all Inclusive.

As before we’ve had a really great time in Maxx Royal Belek. The service gets better by each our visit. The general manager Mr. Senol and the assistant manager Mr. Mertol were very kind, helpful and very professional, we appreciate their efforts to provide unforgettable holiday. Special thanks to our Assistant Agents to Mrs. Esra and Pelin who did their best to make our holiday as comfortable and beautiful as possible. In general many thanks to whole Maxx Royal family for their professionalism and kindness. Can’t wait to visit our second home again.

Second visit to this Maxx. Excellent service by all the staff. However what let the hotel down was only having 1 outdoor heated pool I live the voyage Nextdoor where I stayed end of March. This meant all the young children were in the pool. I don’t have an issue with the young children but I do have an issue with parents not putting babies/ young toddlers in swim nappies. The pool had to be closed twice in one week Monday and Saturday for about 5 hours as a baby had popped 💩 in the pool! The hotel needs signs saying swim nappies compulsory and lifeguards need to be vigilant. Perhaps the hotel could also have some in stock for the irresponsible parents.

This was our second visit to Maxx Royal having been in November the previous year. Despite it being far busier, the standard of service was still outstanding. What makes this place are 100% the people that work there. Everyone greats you with a smile and cannot do enough for you. There a couple of outstanding people - the lady that provides sunglasses cleaning ( and cares for the pool area) does not stop for a moment. She is always so friendly and nice to see around. The pool bar staff, again non stop hardworking polite and cannot do enough for you, constantly wizzing around asking whether you would like a drink ( which I always did of course) And last but not least, the kids club staff. I cannot express enough how incredible they all are. I was at ease leaving my 2 year old twin daughters. All ladies are so friendly, caring and genuinely love what they do. The standard of care at kids club exceeds 99% of UK nurseries. They go as far as providing beds for your babies to sleep whilst you are able to enjoy a dinner out ( they are open until 2am in summer time ). We wi be returning to make the most of kids club, there is just so much to do for children. 10/10 hotel, thank you!

Second time at the Maxx and did not disappoint, food service hotel all fantastic, special thanks to Mo & Mariem our Maxx assistants who looked after us with care and attention. Golf course in great condition, pick up and service to the club makes your holiday effortless.
