Everyone should note that the one-bedroom apar**ent in this apar**ent hotel does not have a sofa bed, which is more suitable for long-term residents who need to cook. The hotel itself does not have dental equipment. 

The hotel is just under renovation, but it won't be too noisy. The room is big and clean. The apar**ent-style hotel is like a room with everything. It also has a refrigerator, washing machine and microwave. It's very convenient for cooking. It also has its own free parking lot, which is very suitable for self-driving travel.

Having stayed in the apartments several times on business trips, the flexibility of an apartment at hotel prices is just fantastic. The team have always been super helpful, dealing with anything including me missing a flight! The apartments are well stocked on cooking equipment, they are clean, quiet and have become a home from home when working in Belfast. I've never used the car park, but given there is one and the location, that just adds to the value for money. I would heartily recommend considering the apartments over the local hotels as this just makes a trip to Belfast that little bit easier with the flexibility of accomodation.

The apartment was perfect for two couples, we were attending an event in Belfast, staff were absolutely lovely, helpful and a good laugh at reception on arrival Very comfortable to sleep there spacious apartments and nice views of Belfast.

Excellent apartments, basic but very clean and everything you need. We went out for a bit to eat close by and when we came back we found that the clock had come off the wall and smashed, my husband asked reception for a hoover just to make sure nobody stood on a glass fragment, it was dropped up straight away and they offered to hoover it up but we knew they were busy and did it ourselves. Apartments were nice and quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay here and having a tesco just downstairs really helped along with a food outlet where we could get pizza, Chinese or burgers. The only downside to our stay was the carpark was having maintenance so we couldn't use it and parking was scarce on the main St but I would highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a lovely time in these apartments, great location for our visit to Belfast City Hospital. Our apartment at Cordia Serviced Apartments created a perfect environment for recovery and healing post surgery. Having a parking facility was invaluable. The staff were always helpful and friendly - Nadine Afroja fitz Chantel to name but a few. The location of Lisburn Road provided great interest and amenities - e.g. shops, restaurants, cafes and churches. I'd highly recommend the hop on hop off city tours Belfast - getting the opportunity to sign the peace wall is a privilege I will always cherish, beautiful to have done so at this time of palpable unity in NI.

The apartment that we went to was very clean and tidy when we went there. The staff there were very friendly and helpful as well. It is great value for money. There were very great places near the apartment too. We are very happy to come back and I highly recommend this place.

Communication great before arrival. Staff friendly and helpful. Well equipped apartments. Will definitely book there again. The location is great as my daughter is staying near the university. A Tesco next door was great with having all the facilities in the apartment.

Really great apartment - comfortable, spacious and clean. They also had a little play area for the kids. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Really convient having Tesco just downstairs, free parking and a bus stop to the city centre. More text because the review has to be 200 characters.

Great stay at Cordia apartments. Staff extremely helpful. Easy access Main issue we had was the road noise, Lisburn road is busy and the traffic noise was unrelenting which we could not ignore.

Very clean and spacious apartment, the only concern is that the check in says until 12 midnight, but when we arrived at 20:30ish , luckily there was someone to check us in, but that day, the front staff left early and there was a note, but I could imagine if my parents wanted to check in, they could not as they didn't have phone to call the number that was provided. The key card didn't work aroudn midnight and if the garage door wasn't open, we couldn't get it. Also we could not change the temperature in the living room area. Just pay attention that if you don't have phone, you may have hard time getting checked in during late hours.

Very disappointed on this visit, great greeting and check in. Someone has taken the finger off the pulse, we were in room 4. On the surface not bad , apart from on suite bedroom curtains hanging off, the kitchen unit plinth had been removed and not fitted back, the living room/kitchen diner furniture and decor showing there age. Mention to reception about the plinth, on our return it had been refitted, the question is why was this not noted by staff inspecting the room. Please be aware if you have a room at the front of the building on the Lisburn Road your sleep will be very disturbed due to traffic noise. Another thing that need attention , is the taxi company the premises use, Value cabs. We asked reception to order us a taxi to pick us up at the apartments at 7:45am to take us to to the airport. This was confirmed to us by reception, no taxi turned up. We phoned them again, their service is all automated so you don’t speak to a human. The automated service said a taxi would be with us in 18 minutes again no taxi arrived, I phoned again to be told by the automated system that they were still trying to find a driver to allocate to us, please bare in mind five Value cabs with their hire lights on had passed us bye. Luckily we managed to flag a reputable taxi company down to take us to the airport.

We LOVED this apartment! It was spacious with everything we could need. Perfectly clean and nice towels, kitchen, laundry, TV. The street its on is beautiful with so many restaurant choices and a grocery store right beside. Very friendly check in. We could have used an extra couple of blankets as it was a bit cold and the living room had a draft. Our only other complaint is that the bathrooms had a slight sewage smell.

These apartments are in a modern block close to Queens University. The apartment was large, generous sized rooms and a small balcony looking over the city towards the hills. The kitchen was well equipped and was more than adequate for cooking a meal. There is a secure basement car park complete with EV chargers which suited us particularly well.
