I received the best service. Best trip in Bozeman!

Definitely not the Four Seasons, but if you need a place to crash before an early morning flight this place will suffice.

The lobby was aesthetically pleasing, however the halls on the first floor had a musty smell and the staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. The bed was comfortable but the room was noisy, we could hear the tv and conversations in the surrounding rooms most of the night.

The water was off for 4 hours. The staff was rude when I asked about a refund so we could book somewhere else as they couldn’t tell us if and when the water would be back on.

Made a reservation based on pet friendly advertising but was turned away due to having 3 dogs. Stated their limit was 2. No information about this anywhere on *******. Excuse was 3rd party sites dont have access to our policies. Very upset.

How comfortable the room was, the quiet, the location close to the airport and close to nice food places

Staff was more interested in their cell phones then customer service. Bed was rock hard with flat pillows.

Horrible experience. Front desk staff was very unprofessional and created a situation that wasn’t necessary.

Based on the high reviews, I was surprised by the condition of the facility. There was a sticky spot on the carpet, rust on the door frame in the bathroom, some mold on the caulk in the shower, and the bathroom door didn't latch closed. The pillows were nice and the beds were good, but overall my experience fell short of expectations.

This place is phenomenal, the staff and facility are always top-notch. We have had a crew stay here for the last 6months and we have never had a problem. Jason, the manager, is a true professional. He is always making sure my guys are taken care of. He is just a good man with a good soul!! All the staff is very nice..

Overall, it is what you pay! But renovations are behind for room access, which does not match the nice lobby and breakfast area! Speaking of which, the food is fair but it could more generous (especially refilling the basket of yogurts, etc.)

The weather was horrible which affected this particular stay the facilities were fine, I would stay again. It is in a heavy traffic area.

We were very disappointed in the room we were assigned. The room itself was as expected for this type of hotel, but the location was unacceptable. It was literally 30 feet from the front desk. There was noise from people checking in right up until midnight and again in the early morning,as people were checking out. There are two rooms that I thing might have been revenue enhancing add-ons; rooms 199 and 200. They should never even exist.

Newly refurbished pool and hot tub in poor condition, no cover on water return on hot tub causing my wifes foot to be injured by the suction pressure, also the chemistry in the hot tub was so off that it caused us both to cough terribly.
