"Our room was spotless and brand new. The staff at the reception never turned down any of our requests for assistance. The location is superb, right on the street with the best restaurants in town. The surroundings are safe, and public transportation is very close."

Location is perfect, you can walk almost everywhere and very close to the tram station. First night music from a nearby restaurant was too loud, made impossible to sleep. And there is a bad smell coming from bathroom, I needed to keep my window open most of the time. Other than that everyone was so kind and helpful.

Absolutely amazing location in the cobbled street of Skalarija, surrounded by bars and restaurants. Very atmospheric in the evening. The room was clean and big and the service and help from reception was friendly and excellent. I will come again next time I am in Belgrade.

The staff were very helpful and accomplished - how the room was very light (day and night) the curtains were paper thin letting in the street lights. It was impossible to get cold water from the taps and there was constant building work taking place. However the hotel was in a great location.

Hotel has a great location, literally one minute away from good restaurants, staff was friendly and helpful. Room decoration is also cute. For the price/performance point of perspective it's a good hotel but needs minor improvements. Negatives: - Bed matress is so hard. I know it's a personal preference thing but it's really hard. Don't try to jump onto bed :) - Hotel does not have a central heating system so you have to rely on your air conditioning which was not working properly in our room. It was noisy and not heating at all. In Serbia winter you'll need that AC believe me :) - Room telephone rang 4-5 times on our first night and woke us up. - Bathroom grout turned brown in shower cabin.

No problems, staff and hotel great, location great definitely a hotel to go back to.

Room smells like mold from the entry. Ceiling has water stains from the a leak. Carpets are dirty and shower is in horrible condition.

The last day of our stay it seems they turned off hot water to our room. Had to take a cold shower. Their jacuzzi/shower ****** even with hot water. Then the room flooded from the wall. Soaked our luggage in toilet water. Our bags smell like crap now. I could have forgiven that, but then the staff tried to blame it on us saying we damaged the room. She asked if we were using the jacuzzi when it happened. Are we not supposed to bathe? Would it be our fault if the bathtub leaked? Even though I took a video when it happened and reported it to them immediately. Thankfully, their handyman came and said it was a leak. We weren’t able to stay until check out time. We had to change clothes in the bathroom while their staff was in our room. Then they didn’t even offer any compensation for our ruined bags. She apologized after saying she just blamed us because in the year that she worked there it has never happened before. Well, I’m my 40 years of staying in hotels I’ve never had toilet water flood my room and ruin my bags, but I wasn’t mad until she blamed us for their crappy plumbing. And one day we came back to find part of a fake eyelashes in our sink even though that day we had a do not disturb sign on the door.

Location is great, very close to tourist attractions. Staff is very friendly och helpful and speak very good English. Breakfast is okay. I wasn’t disturbed by noise from outside, but the noise from other guests woke me up early in the morning. You can hear guests coming and going in the hallway and talking in the reception very clearly. Room was nice and clean. The bed was a bit too hard. The lighting was good and there was plenty of space to keep toiletries in the bathroom.

Nice hotel, located in the heart of Bohemian quarter, Skadarlija. Walking distance to Kalemegdan, Knez Mihajlova etc There is no parking on premises, but there is a parking lot nearby by , in Cetinjska street
