"Our room was spotless and brand new. The staff at the reception never turned down any of our requests for assistance. The location is superb, right on the street with the best restaurants in town. The surroundings are safe, and public transportation is very close."

Absolutely amazing location in the cobbled street of Skalarija, surrounded by bars and restaurants. Very atmospheric in the evening. The room was clean and big and the service and help from reception was friendly and excellent. I will come again next time I am in Belgrade.

Exceptional staff and service in this hotel. The women at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She kept her cool when another guest came out demanding an iron while she was checking us in. He threatened her that he would go to another hotel if she didn’t stop helping us and turn her attention to him. She handled it perfectly. Our room was comfy and breakfast was excellent. Perfect location. Parking worth the extra charge.

This hotel had nice very big rooms and clean with a fridge mini bar. However I only gave it three stars because: half of the lights in the room were not working. Wifi only worked in the lobby and not in the room. Breakfast was not a buffet and was very basic. Check in was reasonably ok and the lady was friendly and nice.

Hotel has a great location, literally one minute away from good restaurants, staff was friendly and helpful. Room decoration is also cute.
For the price/performance point of perspective it's a good hotel but needs minor improvements.
Negatives:
- Bed matress is so hard. I know it's a personal preference thing but it's really hard. Don't try to jump onto bed :)
- Hotel does not have a central heating system so you have to rely on your air conditioning which was not working properly in our room. It was noisy and not heating at all. In Serbia winter you'll need that AC believe me :)
- Room telephone rang 4-5 times on our first night and woke us up.
- Bathroom grout turned brown in shower cabin.

I actually wouldn’t say don’t stay here but I would say to be aware firstly that the hotel is on a very busy entertainment street so there is noise but most importantly to understand that the rooms vary wildly in standard. On our arrival we instantly hated our room. It was a cavernous, dark, cold and dingy space. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms and the furnishings were cheap and tatty - neither had a window. We saw some of the other rooms as they were being cleaned and they were 100x nicer, really well decorated with marble bath fittings. I asked if they were a different category and was told that they were not and they were actually in a lower category! The price wasn’t extortionate so I would have maybe been more forgiving had that been the case. However it blew my mind that we were paying more for a room that at best was like a cheap hostel at worst felt like a prison. The staff member we complained to offered no understanding either which didn’t help as her response was to say she didn’t think they were different but they very clearly were. I would also say that the entrance area is grimy and you have to haul your luggage up stairs as there is no lift. On the positive side the restaurant area was really nice and the staff there were great.
