We booked 3 rooms at the friends and family rate, upon check-in their system only showed 2 rooms booked, even though I had my reservation pulled up on my phone clearly showing 3. The woman working the front desk had no idea how to fix it and was apparently the only one working that night. It was new year's eve, however, reading previous reviews it doesn't seem like management ever staffs the hotel properly so I don't think the holiday was a factor. After quite some time of trying to figure it out and me even calling the hotel help line (which was on a 15 minute wait) the front desk employee said she could just book me another room at the discounted rate. She was doing all she could to help but clearly shouldn't have been the only one working that night when she wasn't sure how to fix that sort of problem. Pool and rooms were fine but with only the 1 employee on staff, she was constantly running trying to refill towels in the pool area and the phone at the desk constantly rang with no one behind the desk to answer. We were having drinks in the lobby and watched someone stand at the desk for probably 20 minutes before they were greeted. No fault of the 1 employee working, they were just understaffed! Breakfast the next morning was inedible. Potatoes still cold/frozen in the middle, pancake mix started coming out normal then after a second it was completely watery. Hilton has some work to do on this location.

We stayed here one night during our mid west four state driving tour. This was a really nice property. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating at the hotel. The front desk staff were very kind to look up some tourist information for us while we were checking out our room. The hotel itself is only a short ten minute drive to Omaha. It is very conveniently located near the three ******s, indoor go carts, large movie complex. and other local attractions. It is really close to I-80/29. there are plenty of food options in the area. Our room was very modern and very clean. The room had everything we needed including a fridge. My wife felt that the bed was one of the best hotel beds that we had slept in recently. The pillows were very large and fluffy. The A/C worked really well and was very quiet at night. The property itself sits in an industrial area but was very quiet, especially at night. The price was in line with other hotels in the area. We got back really late from the ****** and there was plenty of parking available.The complimentary breakfast had numerous hot and cold items and everything tasted great. There is something for everyone on the menu. Check-in and check -out was a breeze. The staff was very attentive. Most importantly, my wife left a personal item in the room. We called two days later when we realized she had left something. The staff found it and mailed it to our home which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend this property if you are staying in the area.

If you are taller than 5'5” you will have to duck down to use the shower. The shower head is super low. I was close to hitting my head and I'm 5'4”. However, I liked that they had full bottles with pumps for shampoo and conditioner. They were locked in so No one could mess with what is in them. The pool was small and chilly but nice. The guy at the front desk when we checked in was very nice. We got a room with 2 queens and a pull out sofa. There was no bedding for the sofa bed in the bag. They brought it very fast when I called though. The beds were better than most hotel beds. It was nice to have a choice on pillows. They had soft and firm ones and they were labeled. Sleeping was a challenge though for 2 reasons. First, the heater worked well, but every time it turned on the wands on the curtains would click together the whole time but we didn't want them open. The worst thing was that in the walls there was a really weird noise more often than not. The closest I can describe it is like rain on a tin roof, but in the walls and loud. We were on 2nd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had. Oh, they also had a nice outlet in the bathroom that had a built in night light so you didn't have to turn on the huge light if you needed the bathroom at night.

This was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen, so pretend you are on a cruise and it's great. This would be a very acceptable room for a solo business traveler, if the traveler did not need a fridge or microwave. Our main complaint about the room was the poor lighting in the bathroom that made it hard to shave or apply makeup. We had no problems with noise. It was nice that the bed pillows were of various sizes so we could pick the ones that suited us best. The breakfast was just adequate, heavy on the carbs and light on protein. We were going to an event in Papillion, and the location was fairly convenient for that.
