This place was BEYOND amazing. I've stayed at about 10 different hotel/motels around bellingham and this was absolutely by far the best. The guy who works at night went way above and beyond to help when my boyfriend dead bolted the door to our room and fell asleep. It was extremely refreshing to see someone be proactive in helping a situation that was totally not their fault. The breakfast was next level. Like I wanted to stay an extra day just to eat breakfast again, so.many.choices. They have a restaurant/ bar that must be good cause on Saturday there was a decent amount of people having a drink. The studio room was HUGE. like double or more the size of a normal hotel room. The only con was the bathrooms. The room had 1 for the toilet and a different room for the shower, that wouldn't be too bad but the doors are opaque sliding doors that don't shut fully, do not have a latch and do not lock. I had to tie something between the shower rail and the door handle so my daughter wouldn't open it. But everything else made this hotel an easy book for next time we need a room. 10/10 will book again.

Nice and clean hotel for my family Very close to public transportation

The breakfast was great, the room was large, and the service staff was very kind. The only thing I found was a piece of tape that had not been cleaned in the closet. The toilet paper was reused from the previous guest. I think the environmental protection is OK, but the previous guest has already used it. There isn't much left, so I should leave an extra bundle as a spare. In addition, I booked a room for three adults and 2 children, but I was only given 2 bath towels. For all of the above, I had to call the counter to ask for them to be brought up, which was a bit awkward. Thoughtful, but the overall hotel is still good.

The hotel is clean and bright with polite and friendly staff. The breakfast is thoughtful in similar hotels. In addition to regular hot eggs and bacon, there are baked mixed stewed eggs every day, which is great. Booked twin room, separate toilet and bath, with a separate work area and couch, is a better choice for short vacations or business trips.

Had a wonderful stay. Room was nice, but the curtains need to get changed out (they were ripped). Lots of room. Breakfast had a good selection, but the eggs and sausage where WAY TOO SALTY.

The inside of this property is very different from the impression the outside makes. The rooms are outstanding - clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. The staff are also friendly and helpful. By far, the nicest rooms we have found in Bellingham. The outside, however, is trashy and cold. The parking lot is messy and outdoor furniture is strewn around the front of the building. The outside area definitely needs work to be consistent with the very nice inside.

Really spacious rooms. Excellent design with spaces for sitting and working as well as a small fridge and microwave. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. You can hear a tiny bit of noise from the freeway but it’s very minor. Up by the mall but adjacent to the highway so it’s easy to get around from here

Nice lobby bar area. Breakfast had a good selection. Our daughter found an m&m and popcorn on the floor of our room (not ours) which makes us question what else wasn’t cleaned properly? It was. Very noisy night. Kids and adults taking loudly in the halls and the upstairs room was having a party until the early hours of the morning! Had there been some sort of noise control by management we would have had a much better stay.

Really great setup for families and there were many people staying there with kids. Rooms were fine, but definite signs of wear in some places (ripped wallpaper, a few holes in curtains), but adequate. We were really looking forward to using the indoor pool, but it is unheated and looked pretty cloudy and I saw a hair clump floating on top - no thanks! Breakfast was easy and great - kids were happy to have a variety of options and I was happy to not have to travel with them so early.

Everything was great with the exception of our check-in. The employee didn’t raise his head to acknowledge me, talked so quiet with barely any instructions. I had to ask what room, floor, breakfast, etc. I did not feel welcomed especially after a long day of travel.

The room was huge, clean and modern. The separate rooms for the toilet and shower/big sink was great. the breakfast was really nice with lots of selection and fresh food. Honestly, I had no idea this hotel would be so fantastic.

I booked my hotel night through ******* to use my Scene rewards point but hotel staff doesn't know how to convert, they make me pay in full. I would like to know how to use my Scene points on next booking . Thanks

It was a terribly disappointing experience. Our door handle broke off the bathroom door and I brought it down to the staff on our way to dinner and they essentially laughed about it. There were also blood stains on the floor and both sinks were so backed up that we ended up having to brush our teeth in the shower because it was so bad. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned properly because if it were, they would have seen these things. Very disappointing based on how much money I paid. And honestly, no matter how much money I paid, this wasn't right.
