The hotel is beautiful and has a good location....only the rooms close to the street are a little loud in the morning

The location is excellent, right next to the Royal Palace Museum and very close to the night market, very suitable for the first day of arrival. The view from the entrance is very good, the Royal Palace + yellow trees are beautiful. The breakfast is good, the banana cakes are delicious! With a budget of 250-300, you can stay in a triple room, which is suitable for family travel. But the bath towels are old and hard, which seems to be a common problem in many hotels in the old city. If you mind, bring your own towels

Interior & rooms are of olden design. Rooms are clean. Service are satisfied. Sitting at the corridor drinking and chitchatting is good. Outside is the night market and walking distance to the riverside restaurants too👍. Very convenient

Old line Asian hotel with beautiful exotic wood floors in our room. WiFi was a weak point, as it was very frustratingly inconsistent. Perfect location by the night market. Friendly, helpful manager.

We bought train tickets here and were massively overcharged — and worse, the hotel covered up the price on the ticketsso we wouldn’t know how much of a premium we paid. Because the ticket had been manipulated it also created difficulty for us in using the tickets at the train station. We also had to chase the hotel on multiple occasions to deliver the tickets Beware of this place. There are many reputable businesses in Luang Prabang. This is not one of them. Judging by multiple reviews this is a consistent practice by this hotel. Avoid them and save your money.

This place is excellent, clean, nice rooms, location is perfect in the heart of everything and walking street is 30 meters away and all the shops and centre is only minutes away. This hotel scammed us 3 times: - for the purchase of train tickets which it sold us for 30 dollars per ticket when the real cost was 7 dollars (on the pretext that there was no more room and that these tickets, in first class super VIP were the only places remaining.
