商家沒有人在前台 讓我自己拿卡 我這邊顯示付款成功 商家説沒看到 我説我這邊付款成功 讓他確認好 我又暫時不走 後來不知道什麼原因 商家沒有確定訂單 官方給我電話説沒確認成功 一直敲門 還用門卡開我門（我在睡覺 門反鎖）如果不反鎖是不是就會進來問我？ 後來打電話説是我退的 讓我重訂 搞不懂到底是我沒付還是他不會操作 很差的一次入住體驗
