Service is far away!

Fine but dated hotel with beautiful views and beautiful garden, swimming pool. Fine rooms but very noisy including the air conditioning. Breakfast was fine and varied.

I found the service great and very friendly. The facilities are very good and everything is very beautiful. The food is very good I recommend this hotel

Great swimming pool. Perfect location

Lovely hotel. Great hotel. Free Wifi. Restaurant. The whole shebang. Lovely added amenities included in my stay such as being greeted with a ham and cheese sarnie hurtling towards my head at 300mph as I exit to my balcony. (I like ham and cheese.) And the obnoxious techno music being blasted until the early hours of the morning by my neighbours. 5 stars.

I asked for an iron. They gave me a iron with tape covering frayed electrical wiring not working. I returned it but they had no other irons available So no way to iron my clothes for 5 days!! Beware if you go out on to the balcony and close the patio door behind you, you will be locked out of the apartment. There is no way to open it from outside, no sign to warn you. I was locked out in the hot sun waiting for my friend to realise what had happened. No water in room. No phone in the bed room. I explain my phone not working. I asked reception staff to call a taxi for me they refused. I had to go to the hotel next door and they called one for me!! Hotel Intur Orange is terrible, appauling service. No way a four star hotel.

WOW! Where do I start? This hotel, this hotel is just something special, amazing views, amazing pool, balcony, nice staff, great location and it looks amazing inside; one concern, food. The food was not pleasant, rather un enjoyable but the experience was easily restored by every other factor. Also a lot of old people which was chill.

We had a short break away and loved our stay at hotel Orange. It was a busy, lively and friendly hotel. Clean and nice rooms. Food was great (buffet breakfast) and we tried the buffet lunch which was equally satisfying. We lived the proximity to the clean beach and great evening stroll area filled with restaurants and again life. We walked to the aquarama from there too which although was busy did not disappoint. There was a Consum next door for us to buy lunch and snacks.

Booked hotel for FIB weekend..great location .. hotel states 4star..not quite a 3star at best..needs a referb and updating rooms clean and spacious however no tea/coffee making facility housekeeping staff friendly and accommodating... Great outdoor area with pool and entertainment during the day ..overall I would use this hotel again

Stayed here for Benicassim festival and I would really recommend this hotel. Was very clean, staff were always cleaning the rooms. The breakfast in the morning had a huge amount of choice for everyone. The air-con in the room was not very powerful, but was ok and we went by the pool during the day when it was very warm. We did have an issue with the lock on the door and this was fixed instantly when we asked. Staff were really helpful apart from one staff member who was rude when I asked if he could translate a couple of words when I was trying to book a taxi through a Spanish app, as none of the phone numbers worked.

The hotel has lovely staff and a great pool/pools. The rooms are pretty outdated and in need of a refresh and the walls need better soundproofing as we could hear e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g from the other rooms and hallway. The breakfast had a good variety but the English style breakfast was pretty cheap, and tasted oddly sweet. The shower was leaky and the fridge in the room was not working and there was only one small bin provided in the bathroom. There was a hairdryer which was great but not kettle or anything in the bedroom. The ‘spa’ was very basic but was fine for the price. Very close to the beach and not bad transportation links. Wifi also was not working at all. I would say they do over charge for what they provide.

Hotel was full of children on school trips .We only saw 3 other couples. Dining hall was really noisy,we were offered to sit outside to get away from them which was nice of the staff. Food was only just warm and of poor quality.You couldnt use the swimming pools as all the kids were in there.

Bit disappointed probably 800 plus people can stay here and they have 30 sunbeds and no towels for the pool and an extortionate 11 euros a night to park a car no waiter service in the bar not a vast selection at meals

As the title suggests you can bring your pet (and pay for the privilege) as long as it only stays in the room. You cannot take your pet to any outdoor space within the complex so cannot have a drink or dine outside with your pet. Disappointing. Another issue is the lifts. We waited 30 minutes after check in to get a lift to the room. Only 2 of the 3 lifts were in operation. When a lift did arrive, twice, it was occupied by staff who refused to allow guests to enter. Unbelievable.
