Fairfield Inn & Suites Little Rock Benton

The person working the front desk was fantastic at checkin. Her efforts set the tone for an absolutely perfect stay. The beds were fantastic and a great shower. WE had the breakfast and it was what we needed.

Property is clean, relatively new, and the staff was very friendly. However, there are several things we did not like about our stay. Marriott properties now only service rooms once every three days. And while I could rant quite a bit about that, my problem with this property is that when we asked for service we were refused. I can understand that if it was just one or two people in the room, once every three days is fine, but when you have 4 people, including kids, sometimes you just need service. The rooms come with minimum amount of towels and it's nearly impossible for 4 people to keep track of which towels are theirs, especially considering there are only two hooks. And when your kid spills chips on the floor, you don't have access to a vacuum to clean it up yourself. There are just times when we should be able to request service. Furthermore, we found the business center to be almost useless because the computers run Linux instead of Windows and also don't have MS Word. Lastly, the rooms have plumbing issues. We had two rooms and in both rooms the faucets leaked and the shower handles were extremely loose. We were also at breakfast and heard another couple informing the staff as they checked out that their sink dripped. The staff was really nice though and the location was excellent.

Among the 2 dozen hotels in which we’ve stayed in the last 2 years the staff at Fairfield Inn & Suites of Benton, Arkansas was the most accommodating. Simply the best!

Easy stay in Benton. Breakfast was as expected. Clean and quiet. We’d stay here again, no issues.

Very clean, nice breakfast, very convenient. Unfortunately had a fire alarm during the night to no fault of the hotel.

A lovely room. Had to wait 10 minutes when I checked in. There was literally no one around. Aside from that…very positive

We went to the Chamber of Commers Bingo Night held next door and it was so nice to just walk to the event. Hotel was fantastic. No issues.

We used this property in the end of our trip. We got the room with a king size bed( excellent) and my daughter got the sleep sofa( not as comfortable, she got a bit of backache) . But room was great , 2 tvs, refrigerator. Quiet most of the time, except in the morning... from my bathroom I could hear the neighbor room clearly 🙈. But by them I was getting ready to leave . I would recommend this hotel,nice room, it was cleaned, super quiet at night and the staff was professional.

Had to wait on two different occasions for a front desk attendant to show up. Breakfast consisted of watery eggs and soft, chewy, greasy bacon. No biscuits. Coffee canister was empty, went back to my room to make coffee and found out that my inroom coffee maker was broken. Average hotel that charges above average rates.
