The stay was pleasant in this hotel, clean with good service but the only downside for Westerner no hot coffee or tea for breakfast otherwise the rest is perfect.

住這麼多年酒店系列之：1．沒見過前台服務員對顧客翻白眼扣一分；2．沒見過這麼臟的被（可以發私信看圖，否則影響食慾）扣一分；3．地下保安引導停車不專業，差點導致掛蹭扣一分；4．酒店設施裝修老化嚴重，跟萬豪根本不挨邊扣一分；5．沒開窗屋裡灰極大，電視櫃窗台一層厚灰扣一分；6．牙刷非常硬，你能想象鞋刷子刷牙的感覺扣一分；7．晚上總有大貨車在旁邊跑，根本開不了窗扣一分；8．早餐進門2個人收早餐票，卻沒有1人引導入座，人賊多基本靠拼桌，味道差到無法下嚥扣一分；9．有孩子攜程定的明明是無煙房，入住安排有煙房，而且沒有被告知可以退房不住扣一分；10．地毯特別埋汰根本沒人吸，衞生間有頭髮還有上一波客人留下的小童驅蚊貼貼的滿牆都是扣一分。如果總分不是10分，我還能減下去那種。總之400多一晚簡直後老悔了，不如住凱萊，不信你試試，相信你回來會給我點個讚的。

房間很棒，我們坐客運車到的，下車後就能望見酒店🏨，走路🚶🏻10分鐘就到，房間很乾凈，遺憾的是當天空調故障了，前台服務態度非常好，積極幫助解決。空調是整體的樓層都不太製冷，好在天氣不是很熱，還好還好。説説晚餐，晚餐在酒店吃的，量大啊是真大啊，菜做的不錯，要了特色羊湯，溜肉段兒，小米粥，倆娃娃吃的飽飽的。菜價錢適中。酒店還有個洗浴中心，也不貴，太累了實在不想去了，妹妹想回房間洗大浴缸。哈，也是玩的不錯。從酒店打車到水洞很近，有10分鐘就到了。方便。水洞體驗很棒！

本溪的紅葉太吸引遊客，每年秋季人都很多，今年因為疫情遊客少一點，所以我們才以不太貴的價格入住到該酒店，這裏應該是本溪縣城最高檔的酒店了。感覺還不錯。

選這家酒店是因為離關門山國家公園近，開車要20分鐘。酒店前台服務的很好，也很專業。房間和公共空間的衞生做的都不錯。早餐也還可以。停車場蠻大。缺陷是房間很小，枕頭很高，不是一般的高。

平日價格在300-500之間，我是5月1日入住，5月3日日離店，每晚價格是890元，這都可以理解，畢竟是節假日期間，但我想説的是最起碼服務和設施要跟得上吧，畢竟這是鎮子裏算比較貴的酒店了，小童拖鞋和牙刷應該可以有吧。花灑除了不正常向下噴水外，四處噴水，弄的衞生間裏全都是水，要了一次地巾，催了兩次，半個多小時才送來。2號早晨吃早餐，服務人員問我是幾人，我説兩間房，四個大人兩個孩子（吃早餐的時間是八點半，基本上已經過了高峯期）。3號早晨吃早餐，被應該是餐飲主管的一位女士叫住了，告訴我們小童吃早餐要收費，我解釋説昨天是免費的，為什麼今天要收費，而且入住時特意問了前台，前台説1.2米以下小童免費。我衹想要一個解釋，這個女士告訴我是因為昨天我們佔了便宜，今天可以免收一個小童的早餐費，收費24元。算了我們不想因為一頓早餐影響一天的心情，我付了48元。真是特別生氣。哈哈最可笑的是，評價時特意看了看酒店政策，竟然沒有24元的標準，收款方也不是酒店，塵埃是誰（女士的頭像，竟不是酒店）好無語，感覺自己好大頭。好在一天的心情沒有因為一頓早餐而受影響，48元買了個快樂吧。
