The hot spring was okay hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

This is my first time staying at a hot spring hotel. I am very satisfied. The scenery is beautiful and there is an outdoor open-air hot spring. You can wear a swimsuit to soak in it, but it is not open from December to February. I will book this hot spring hotel again next time to soak in the hot springs.

2박 묵는동안 가족들 모두 편안하게 잘 지냈습니다. 일본어를 전혀 못해서 걱정했는데 리셉션에서 영어로 응대해주셔서 큰 어려움 없이 체크인 할 수 있었습니다.또한 따뜻한 온천탕에서 여행으로 쌓인 피로를 풀 수 있었습니다. 이용객이 많지 않아 저희 가족이 전세 낸 듯 사용할 수 있어 좋았습니다! 저희가족은 노천탕을 기대하고 갔는데 11월~4월까지는 노천탕 운영을 하지 않는다고 하여 이용은 못했습니다. 다음에 노천탕 이용위해서 또 바문 할 의향이 있습니다. 리조트 옆에 편의점이 있고 차로 5분거리에 큰 마트도 있어서 장보기에 편리했습니다. 또한 차로 30분정도 거리에 아프리칸 사파리와 벳푸 시내에 갈 수 있어 접근성이 좋았습니다.

施設はとても綺麗でアメニティはPOLAでした。 大浴場の温度が夜と朝と違ったように感じました。 朝食も美味しくまた必ず利用したいです。

룸컨디션 좋습니다.

전체적인 규모가 크진 않지만 룸이 깔끔하고 조식 서비스 공간도 적당합니다. 조용하고 쉬어가기 좋습니다.

房間很大，整潔乾淨。職員服務態度很好，溫泉♨️很舒服。早餐正常有選擇。

Nice hot springs

館内はとても明るく非常に清潔感がある。 ただ、朝食ビュッフェの時間帯など混雑し、咳き込む方々も多いので食事には蓋をするなどの配慮があればなお良かった。

The hotel is very clean, and there is an outdoor and indoor hot spring bath. The only bad thing is that the transportation is inconvenient, there are not many buses, so you have to plan your time, otherwise you will have to wait for a long time. Breakfast was good, but the food was cold.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Would be back next time!

The place is relatively remote, but the environment is quiet. There are no restaurants nearby, but the hot spring facilities are good.
