We loved the hotel! You can order breakfast in your room, which is wonderful! We ordered juice and coffee, fruit salad, crunch, and yogurt.
Drinking water is replenished daily. There's a kettle in the room. Tea bags and capsules for the capsule coffee machine are replenished daily.
The room is very clean. The bed linens are silky. The robes and toiletries are of good quality.
The location is beyond praise. In the center of the old town. The main square is 100 meters away. But be prepared for the bells to ring at 7:30 a.m.!!! And you won't be able to sleep any more, as they ring every half hour.

The staff was beyond 5 stars. They helped us find the hotel by actually meeting us at the parking lot we found near the hotel. They then advised us of better parking options, and escorted us to the better lot, as the area of town had significant construction ands confusing to navigate.During our stay they could not do more for us in every way. Advice on "non-touristy" restaurants, and better pastry shops was excellent. Each member of the staff was very personable, and spoke excellent English.Their input made our stay in Bergamo most memorable!

Lovely hotel in the centre of Citta Alta in Bergamo, a great base to get around Bergamo and the surrounding area.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. We could not fault our stay.
Would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. A total renovation of an ancient building leads to an extremely comfortable night's stay. Comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. Right in the center of the old part of Bergamo. Parking garage less than a five minute walk from the hotel. Staff was extremely helpful with recommendations and making dinner reservations.
