Terrible experience. First of all, people need to realise that this is an Airbnb at Best. I was staying for 21 days and they did Room service two times during those 21 days. They do clean the rooms once a week. If you’re staying there for a couple of days, maybe it would be okay, but longer than that you will run out of clean towels, coffee, clean sheets and it is just miserable. I am not sure if they had Acc# or not, but there was no thermostat, and this thing on the wall is an antiquated dial thermostat that didn’t seem to do anything. When I turned it. I had to send management a picture of a piece of poop, clogging the toilet so they can send somebody to unclog the toilet. When I say this is an Airbnb, I am not exaggerating you will not find a single employee of this “hotel” downstairs or at the lobby. You have to enter a key for every single door you go through. This is a scam. Go to ibis Hotel across the street for €75 a night versus this ridiculous “hotel” at least you will get a fresh warm breakfast in the morning and room serviced every day if needed. There’s a front desk to respond to your requests. You forgot a toothbrush? You can call somebody. A lady forgot her tampons? Front desk are there. just avoid

This place really exceeded expectations. It was super convenient as it was located right next to a tram stop leading into city center. The windows and lighting were top notch. Had several floor to ceiling opening windows with shades at the touch of a button. The room was clean, modern and even came with some goodies upon check in. Will definitely be staying here when visiting Berlin again.

Cancelled my (pre paid by my employer) reservation one day before the trip after having confirmed. No explanation. WhatsApp chatbot was of no help. My colleague who was already in Berlin called to get assistance and keep the booking and they hung up on her.

I recently spent a grueling month at Limehome, and I feel compelled to share my experience with all of you. It's crucial for travelers to make informed decisions, (especially when you pay more that 3400€) and my stay at Limehome left much to be desired. From the start, issues piled up - a persistent sewer odour, a leaking tap, remote control issues, no AC during the hot summer month, no blinding curtains, and last but not least an unreliably slow internet connection. Despite reporting these problems promptly, Limehome's response was disappointingly slow and inadequate. Some issues took weeks to resolve, and others remained unresolved. What's more, the apartment they placed me in faced the street, leading to a constant, high level of noise that seriously impacted my ability to enjoy my stay for a full 30 days. Limehome's website paints a picture of premium service, but my experience was far from that standard. I attempted to work with Limehome's customer service team, seeking a compensation package that reflected the extent of the problems I faced during my month-long stay in an apartment that was anything but peaceful. Unfortunately, our discussions did not result in a satisfactory resolution. My aim is to alert future travelers to the quality of service they can expect from Limehome, especially if they plan to stay for an extended period. When choosing accommodations, transparency and honesty are crucial, and I believe in the power of customer feedback to help others make informed decisions. While my stay may not have met my expectations, I want to ensure that other travelers are aware of my experience and can make informed choices when planning their trips. #Limehome #Travel #GuestExperience #TravelWarning #NoGo #TravelNightmare #WasteOfMoney #NotWorthIt #DissatisfiedCustomer #TravelIssues #StayAway

Hotel was fine. Bed was comfortable. Blankets were too small. There was no apparent contact information provided in case of emergency. There was no place in the shower to put anything - even the provided shampoo was balanced on top of the faucet. The elevator was strange, the call button was trying to be "high tech" but only worked after several tries. There was a huge construction project next door and the entire building was vibrating one morning (from around 8am), no notice was provided. Overall, I dont think I would stay again, but it fulfilled the basic requirements of a place to sleep.

Access to transport is excellent. Quality of bed, linen and kitchen equipment was good and the cleaners were excellent. Defects were: poor ventilation, no opportunity to cool effectively room even with a fan on 24/7, shabby and uncomfortable sitting furniture, and lack of ambience, there was no public space in the complex, the lobby was occupied by storage materials and a worker’s desk. Restricted to a small room it is not suitable for long stays.

Great location about 250 yards from a tram stop with frequent trams into the city center. Access is very automated - you are given key codes to access the building door and your room. Instructions are clearly presented in emails. We thought that the hotel would be in the middle of a nice neighborhood - we found cafes and pubs were fairly spread out across an area within 15 minutes walk. It was not as if the hotel is on a street where there are lots of shops and cafes, but streets that do offer that are about 5-10 minutes walk away. Shower pressure OK but not great. Bathroom was good, clean and functional. We paid for an upgrade large sized room - which worked out to an average sized room so go by the following: - regular room = small - large room = medium (normal US hotel room) There were no laundry facilities available. There is only one elevator which is relatively large (for Europe). Most of the time there was zero waiting time. Occasionally during maid service (middle of the day) waits can take longer. There is a good taxi drop off spot right in front of the hotel where they can wait and you can easily load. Beds were comfortable and soft and hard pillows were provided. There was a nice mini-kitchen with a coffee maker with provided coffee (but no milk). Overall fairly pleased with this hotel. The photos as ever make rooms seem larger than reality.

Lovely room and great location... but make sure you do the online check-in in advance - this is not clear especially when you book via this website. Our stay was a bit marred by the fact that we were outside in the cold for nearly an hour trying to check-in online via our phones with bad data connection in Berlin and the staff sending us the wrong wifi code didn't help... anyway it was a great room and we enjoyed the rest of our stay!
