⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Value Stay with Excellent Location in Berlin
I had a pleasant stay at Best Western Berlin, and overall it offers great value for travelers looking for convenience and comfort.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with rooms available right on time from 3:00 PM, which made arrival stress-free after a long journey. Staff were professional and helpful throughout.
One of the biggest highlights is the location — the hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the nearest subway station, making it extremely easy to get around Berlin and access major attractions without hassle.
Another plus is the free locker service, which is very easy to use and perfect for storing luggage before check-in or after check-out. This added a lot of flexibility to my travel schedule.
Overall, the hotel is clean, well-organized, and practical, making it a solid choice for both short and long stays. Definitely worth staying, especially for travelers who prioritize location and smooth service.

Price/Quality ratio: ok given the central location. Quite old building with poor noise isolation. Rooms on the parking have tour buses idling under their windows from 8:00 on.
Service: front desk is friendly enough, but no room service for stays under 5 nights.
Cleanliness: entry level hostel level (multiple stains on the disgusting looking carpet, hair in the bathroom, mold in the shower, dirt spots in the coffee cups)
Notes:
- City tax is €2.7 per night and per person and not €2.17 as shown on this site.
- The hotel is changing owner and undergoing renovation as of tomorrow (2026-02-25). Hopefully the new owner will be addressing those issues.

This hotel is really convenient. The location is good. The room is quite, clean and tidy. The service is good too.
Among a lot of economic hotels‘s brands, I prefer living in best western.

Great location, quiet yet right next to the metro. The welcome was really nice! The rooms are a decent size with comfortable bedding. The shower cabin is a bit dated, but the shower pressure is excellent, which more than makes up for it. We didn't try breakfast (we don't eat much in the morning). The welcome lacked a bit of warmth, and a lounge area would be a real plus. As for value for money, it's unbeatable.

They gave us a room that had hair allover the shower and the bed, all the rooms and hallway are covered in moquette full of spots. At least the managed to give us another room.
