The staff were very polite and willing to answer questions. They even taught me how to get to the city center by bus. The apartments are not far from the tourist area. It takes about 6 minutes by car and the buses are very frequent. However, since the house is near the countryside, it is inevitable that some small insects will enter the room when the lights are turned on.

Suitable for family travel, an independent villa. The B&B is pretty clean. The room is large and has good privacy.

This is my 2nd time at the Max Aviation. I will go again. It is clean, well equipped and has a great staff. the neighborhood is active, but the rooms are quiet and peaceful. Every ammenity has been considered. I love it!

Although the room was small, the bed was very comfortable and nothing (coffee/tea, water, minibar, etc.) was missing. In the small lounge on the ground floor, we were able to enjoy a good coffee and relax after a busy day. We can definitely recommend this innkeeper for the quality/price offered: tram no. 8 also leads directly to the centre.

Great location, warm welcome. The beds and duvets are the best. You have all the amenities you need, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Definitely coming back with my son. Recommended!

very quiet location in a residential area close to public transport. Comfortable and very clean room. Kitchen and small lounge available to guests. The reception is open only during office hours, but an efficient system makes it easy to collect the keys later.

Wonderful relaxing atmosphere, many nice details which makes you feel at home. I especially liked my little balcony viewing the garden with the old trees. The sitting room was very comforable and I enjoyed to have a cooled white wine available

One of the best accommodations. They are in all the details, very complete. Beautiful mansion that has a breakfast room, kitchen with oven and microwave and has a closet for each room, they provide you with utensils to make your stay perfect. Everything is very clean, the room has two armchairs and a table for a desk, a comfortable bed, a French shower, two nightstands, towels, towels and robes available, a kit of creams and hygiene products, a free bus ticket for 30 hours . nearby bus stop. Information about nearby bars and restaurants. minibar (it is paid) but they welcome you with free fruits, chocolates, coffee and tea. A really great place to stay: all the creature comforts you could ask for, very quiet, welcoming, discreet. We had a wonderful time, slept well and felt instantly at ease. Thank you to the team for a great experience!

the room was big enough,.the host was very helpful and kind. bathroom was shared with 2 rooms, but was very clean. we had a free tickets for travelling Bern city. it was given by host. the villa was quite clean and silence . to go to city centre was so easy.

Very friendly reception of guests and great communication before we arrived via email. The location is great with tram line in walking distance (10 min to Bern train station and downtown). Public transportation is included too. Room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The common kitchen had everything you need for small cookings! Our room had an own bathroom, it also had everything you need.

Our family of five stayed here for two nights. Overall it was ok - there was some good and some not so good. The good - we used the kitchen one night so that was helpful to have. The beds were comfortable. The transit passes were great - not sure if you get those everywhere or not. The laundry service was useful and reasonably priced. The not so good - the booking called our set up a 2 room suite. However we ended up with two separate rooms with external doors and bathrooms in the hallway. While the bathrooms were only for us, considering there was no one else on our floor, it did reduce privacy some. I did not consider the set up to be consistent with the description of a “suite”. Location: the tram passes make this location doable however there are NO restaurants, coffee shops, etc nearby. It is completely residential.

Very comfortable place with great setting. Host is responsive and hospitable. Location is also great. It is a gem hidden in a residential neighborhood. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom is shared but very clean.
