Our experience was that we couldn't even enjoy the hotel. The shower screen was missing a seal, so the bathroom flooded with water. When my husband stepped out of the shower, he pulled something and we had to leave the hotel at 4:20 PM to go to urgent care. It's such a shame. (My husband has a disability with reduced mobility). Why didn't the maintenance staff or cleaning crew notice that piece was missing? In conclusion, we ended up in urgent care without even using the room, and the hotel offered no suitable solution for the circumstances... not even an apology. I don't think we'll be returning to this hotel, which is a pity because it used to be our go-to hotel in Pamplona.

I didn't like the location, neither the service or the hotel facilities.

Really good place if you don't mind the distance from center.

The bathroom ventilation was very noisy, the air conditioning was also very noisy and would turn on by itself even when it was off, and the shower screen didn't have a sliding door and needs maintenance. We were given the option of a room not next to the elevator, and it was the closest one, but otherwise everything was fine.

If I had to find a fault, it would be the lack of electrical outlets at the head of the bed and in the bathroom.

The hotel is far from the city center, in an industrial park. Parking costs 4 euros. The room is nice and clean. The bed is comfortable. Very good for a night at a good price.

Large and comfortable room. The king-size bed was huge. Good service. Good buffet breakfast, there was everything, including gluten-free options. The hotel is in an industrial park where there's not much else; you absolutely need a car to get to the city. The worst part of our stay was that there was a fairly large group of young men, always in the common areas, talking loudly and using their phones aloft. It was uncomfortable, and it was difficult to rest. We told them off, but they continued...

Uncomfortable bed and pillow; to turn the air conditioning on and off you have to call reception (they do it for you); the coffee tasted awful (they were notified and it still tasted bad the next day); breakfast is served until 9:30 a.m. on weekdays (?!); they charge 3 euros per day if you want to leave your car in the hotel's unsupervised and open parking lot; the staff were curt and inefficient. I will NOT return.

When you enter the room. There is no light to illuminate you to insert the card into the slot. It becomes quite difficult to get it right. Without being able to turn on the lights The first day. It's sad to say but the toilet bowl was dirty. We had to clean it. The next day we notified the cleaning lady. Otherwise a very comfortable hotel
