Holiday Inn Express & Suites Alamosa Reviews

There were ants in my room, the body wash pump that was in the shower was completely empty and my milk and other food was frozen solid due to the fridge. I travel for work and this was my worst experience in a hotel

We stayed in a few Holiday Inn Express locations on this trip, and this definitely the best. Staff were very attentive, and there were lots of sweet touches, such as snacks in the lobby. Rooms were big too!

TV Service was horrible they did have a notice in the room about Spectrum service being worked on, however not acceptable throughout our stay watching a movie or a football game was not an option service was disrupted every we turned on the tv.

The one elevator was super slow, Room furnishings were outdated, Price was high for value received. Breakfast was quite good.

We were here for a family event. Our stay was very nice. The only negative was the price per night but all of the staff were very nice.

It’s sets right beside a major road? All traffic drove straight through our room!

The staff at this hotel is trying to make a good experience with the lemonade, cookies and mints they put out for guests. They are also really friendly and helpful. However the facility is really dated and needs new decorating. But the breakfast was ok and we appreciated that they had laundry machines available.

The hotel and grounds were clean and staff was very friendly. I have not one complaint or concern, and would definitely stay here again.

Night staff was amazing, helpful and kind

The pool was closed and the treadmill was broken. This hotel was $100 more per night than the hotel next door. Save your $ and stay at the Hampton Inn instead!

Comfortable beds and pillows. Hotel was very clean and nice. Occasionally a line would form at the elevators. And sofa beds dont come with sheets, you have to go get them. Phone in room didn't work.

Clean, updated, provided snacks. Friendly staff.

Loud road noise. The rooms on the south side of the building are right up against HWY-160 and it is noisy with trucks and loud cars passing by all night.

A wonderful swimming pool. Good substantial breakfast comfortable beds and a great location
