Very easy to book and check in was simple and easy to do. Comfy bed and good amenities in the room and very close to town centre

I rated 4 stars because it met the standards and quality of a 3-star hotel but there were some minor details that could be improved on, such as providing water for kettle, and better instructions on how to operate the lights and air-con

I had a flood so stayed in this hotel for 6 months. The service I had from the staff was amazing. The building is in need of some refurbishment. The members of staff who deserve a mention for outstanding assistance (I am partially sighted and have mobility issues) are. Cieron Brian Josephine Misha Lesley Emma and Charlotte all the staff were great but these deserve a special mention.

I was staying in the hotel so I could partake in the London Marathon. The hotel is located in the city centre within a few minutes' walk of the shops and the shopping mail. We arrived in the afternoon, and our room was ready, so we were able to check in straight away. We had good reports about the hotel. The room was clean and well stocked. The Internet was a slight problem, but we were able to manage without it for a few days. It was nice to have breakfast before the race. And we will be back!

Having chosen to stay at Premier Inn, Bexleyheath for two or three days a week the majority of the last 30 months, I truly fail to consider that having stayed anywhere else would have been even close to equivalently-worthwhile, nor left me, a blind man with an acquired brain injury, feeling anywhere close to equivalently satisfied. From the spacious rooms to the roomy space allowed within the ensuite, Premier Inn, Bexleyheath’s ever-friendly staff (most notably the ever-pleasant Josephine - warmly-welcoming without wane) deserve special mention for ensuring visitors feel fulfilled, leaving nothing to be desired

As my wife was running London Marathon we had to use Bexleyheath Premier Inn. Hotel is situated perfectly to get to the start and back from the finish by train. Cheap parking (£5.95 for 24 hours). The staff were amazing, from the lady serving breakfast who gave everyone a shout out and a hug to Katrina, who went out of her way and got my wife a little congratulations pamper gift of a face mask, eye mask and best of all bath salts so she could have a soak. This is our third trip here whilst running London Marathon, hopefully we’ll be back for more

Not really great customer service on arrival, barely 2 words when we walked up besides the typical hello. Given our key cards and not informed of what time breakfast was (key card holder had it on luckily but kinda thought the guy might have told us like most hotels do)… One key card decided not to work so we was told to use that to keep the lights working in the room. Not the greatest start… Go into the room and there was a single bed over by the window, not a problem even though we were a couple and seemed a bit odd to put us in what seemed to be a family room but the small bed was covered in stains, nice. Cobwebs in one corner of the room. No instruction on how to switch the shower to bath, but we managed to work it out, although partway through showering my partner said it would cut out. Extractor fan seemed to do very little so everytime we left the room and came back, there was just a damp smell and the windows aren’t allowed to be opened so no fresh air to help with this issue. Air con seemed to rattle from time to time. Pictures on the wall were all wonky. I guess it seems like I’m moaning about minor things, but all these little things add up and I wanted to make it a nice experience for my partner who was visiting me from the US. I actually found it quite embarrassing and for the price I paid for it, you’d expect things to work, some level of cleanliness and customer service! The only plus to the stay was the bed was actually very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was nice but don’t expect much of a welcome when you walk in… No one checked whether we had even prepaid! We had dinner once in the restaurant, but even that was poor. Only one lady serving, most of the starters they didn’t have and the food itself seemed average. Overall, I won’t stay here again even though it’s in the perfect location! And I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either. I guess if you wanted to stay 1 night you might be ok, but for a longer trip, definitely not.
