THis wasnt a particularly great experience.
The hotel is located quite far from the city and it is inconvenient and somewhat expensive to make trips. The proximity to vinwonder is great but we would locate ourselves for long in this property in future.
Executive Suite room wasn't special. The outer area should have a bed in place IMO.
Facilities and cleanliness is good. Facilities wise, they are lacking play activities for children.
Service was okayish. The staff seemed to be struggling to manage expectations and general flux of guests. Were quite disorganized. They should seriously consider hiring a good management team to take care of reception. Food is restaurant was nothing special and took forever to arrive.
I didnt enjoy the experience much compared to our experience in similarly expensive properties in Thailand in past.

I had the most incredible experience during my visit to Vinpearl Nam Hoi An! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunningly beautiful setting. The resort's attention to detail and impeccable service truly made me feel like a VIP guest. The facilities were top-notch, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. Whether it was lounging by the pool, indulging in delicious cuisine, or enjoying the various recreational activities, every moment was simply delightful. Vinpearl Nam Hoi An exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway.

위치가 조금 외져서 근처 식당이나 마트가 없는게 아쉽지만 시설, 직원들 친절, 조식은 최고 였음
우린 골프 여행이라 숙소에서 버기카로 1분 거리 이동해서 라운드 클럽하우스도 한국보다 더 깨끗하고 시설도 아주 좋았음 다시 다낭에 골프치러 오면 재방문 하겠습니다

갈때 롯데마트 장보기는 필수입니다
풀빌라에서 묵었는데 정말 항상 만족해요
쓰리베드룸도 두번째인데 2층구조보다 1층구조가 더 맘에 드네요
조식도 이정도면 만족입니다

빈펄사파리 워터파크 놀이기구 전부 이용하고싶었는데 후기가 없어서 걱정했어요 근데 체크인할때 이용한다고하면 알아서 할인해주고 금액알려줍니다 ㅎㅎ 서비스는 다낭 호이안 여행 중 가장 최상급이였습니다 ! 워터파크이용시 핸드폰방수팩 없어서 구매했는데 만얼마 했습니다! 호텔 1층 기념품샵에서 구매했는데 워터파크에 더 색상이 많았어요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ 금액은 같습니다 !
