Delovely Hotel

Two wonderful hosts Mark and Charlie go above and beyond to make you feel at home and welcome. The rooms are clean and immaculate and the breakfast is scrumptious. One of the best breakfast are ever had. The entertainment Mark and Charlie put on in the evening was wonderful music, making a pleasant a**osphere and the drinks flow lovely

Food only. Came in to see if they were serving food. Oh my god! The owners were so accommodating and attentive. Had a table laid for me immediately. When the food arrived it was presented as a meal should be. It was absolutely delicious and full of flavour. I could do eat it all as the portions were spot on but the dish beat me. Fantastic.

Lovely stay, this is our second time here, had a great sleep, bed so comfortable, breakfast delicious. All in all a fabulous stay, The location is great, our hosts were fabulous nothing too much trouble. I'm sure we will be back for a third stay very soon.

We came for the second time on 22nd April for my 40th birthday. We booked the Boudoir and it was such an amazing time. The room was decorated and even baked me the most amazing cake. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was amazing and had the famous black pudding. I highly recommend trying the cocktails and taking advantage of the evening meals. Mark and Charlie really have put so much effort in the hotel and are working so hard to support the local area to make it a safe place. It was so peaceful and lovely and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was also a pleasure to meet Scampi and Chips. Thanks for the late night chats at the bar lads, we had a great time.” And can’t wait to see you again soon.

Very clean and tidy, breakfast was good apart from asking for no mushrooms and ending up with them (I'm allergic) unfortunately we didn't have the best nights sleep due to a smaller bed but nothing can be done regarding this. The host who checked us in was lovely and welcoming.

First time visiting this little gem of a hotel and it won't be the last. Instantly felt welcome and at home. We had the boudoir room and wow it was lovely, spacious and the bed was divine. Food was delicious and the coctail menu you are spoilt for choice. Thank you both for a lovely weekend.

Small and friendly place. Food is excellent cocktails were amazing. They have thought of everything. We would definitely come again. We didn't want to spend alot for 1 nt but was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were basic but had everything you needed and the bed was a good quality.

Just returned home from a fabulous overnight stay at Delovely Hotel and would like to give this place top marks for everything...it exceeded our expectations. We are two couples so booked two rooms, both of them quirky and very comfortable with every facility you could want. We had a late night tipple at the bar after our night out and had the pleasure of meeting Mark and Charlie, both fabulous fellas. Hats off to both of them for what they have created together, a hotel to be proud of. The breakfast was a full English, full being the operative word, deliciously cooked and served by the very pleasant two female staff. I have no hesitation in giving this property a mark of five stars. Thank you.
