Eastland Suites Hotel & Conference Center Reviews

Overall nice stay here. Breakfast was very good. Rooms need some updating, including the mattress that sagged pretty bad in the middle. That being said, would stay again.

I almost always stay at Eastland Suites on my frequent trips to Bloomington-Normal. I keep coming back because of the excellent value and convenient location.

Arrived late after driving 8 hours. The restaurant kitchen was closed. The bartender heard us talk about our drive so he let us order food off the menu. Very kind man. Food and drinks were very good.Hotel was clean and a great value.

Construction in area I was in was sorely needed. Room was great. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The property was clean! The rooms were very easy to get to, and the property itself was very easy to walk around. The bar was nice! Downside… 1-the fire alarm went off right around 9:00 at night. Fortunately, we were able to go to the bar and have a drink. 2-asked for late check out, and before the regular checkout time, housekeeping was already there knocking on the door.

Standard room for one night. Definitely needed a larger bed- Queen or King. Breakfast and check-in were top notch.

Lots of construction, should be much better when finished. Breakfast was below those of others that offer free breakfast. Bar is great!

Second stay, very friendly staff. Love the Deep End Bar Grill good food and couple complimented drinks. All good no Bad or Ugly

Building nine is currently under renovations, but the equipment and noise was kept at a minimal level to not disturb guest.

The staff was very friendly and even comped us an app and 2 drinks which was a very nice surprise. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Very pleased with the staff and accommodations. Even with construction, everything was great.

Construction above the room, the coffee pot in room didn’t work, had to flush toilet multiple times. Had coupon for free drink at bar that was suppose to be open until 10, but was actually closed at 9. There was no pool, but could use the sister hotel pool down the street. The dining hall was connected to the rooms so either had to drive to dining hall to eat free breakfast or walk in 30 degree weather. I had asked for a bag to carry some breakfast back to my son and they wouldn’t even give a bag. I waited for sausage to get done and then there was no biscuits cooked for the gravy. When I tried to talk to front desk, the girls acted like they were too busy on their phones and their manager wasn’t there and just said “sorry” with shrug of shoulders. The dust from the construction above me bothered my allergies and I spent quite a lot of time with a headache due to all the dust and noise

The noise came from other guests from other rooms next to our room. The building is old, also its furnitures. The bar, Deep End, and the lobby looks newer, but not the rooms. There was free breakfast included.
