The price can decrease a little if we have some cancellations but it can also increase by 30% if you check carefully. Anyway, you still got the best rate of the period. Best regards Management

From how he describes us and from the photos carefully taken under the sink, it seems that his one-night stay was spent in a rice field, but the reality is quite different. The Relax offer you booked included 2 50-minute Welcome massages with Franciacorta fruit and snacks. 2 a la carte dinners Rich Breakfast Spa Entrance for 2 people Free Garage Free Upgrade to Superior Junior Suite. for a total of around 500 euros for two people, 1 night in Cortina D'Ampezzo.... whether you like it or not, it is the no.1 Dolomiti Superski. Can you explain where you find the same price in a 5 star hotel? *We apologize for the condensation on the panoramic window due to the incessant rain the day before as well as the tiles which we immediately replaced. The sink does not appear to be leaking water onto the floor, the drops that you photographed appear to be under the sink due to the cold water flowing through the pipes, there is no leak. The view of your room faces the hotel, but omits the view of the Cristallo mountains and the Faloria from the panoramic window located on the opposite wall. Critical reviews are good as they help us improve, but when they don't reflect reality we feel the duty to respond in detail. Cordial greetings
