From how he describes us and from the photos carefully taken under the sink, it seems that his one-night stay was spent in a rice field, but the reality is quite different. Can you explain where you find the same price in a 5 star hotel? *We apologize for the condensation on the panoramic window due to the incessant rain the day before as well as the tiles which we immediately replaced. The sink does not appear to be leaking water onto the floor, the drops that you photographed appear to be under the sink due to the cold water flowing through the pipes, there is no leak. The view of your room faces the hotel, but omits the view of the Cristallo mountains and the Faloria from the panoramic window located on the opposite wall. Critical reviews are good as they help us improve, but when they don't reflect reality we feel the duty to respond in detail. Cordial greetings
