The hotel service is good, but it's a bit old. There's a weird smell in the room. The price really doesn't match the hotel's facilities. I don't understand why hotels in this small city are so shabby and expensive! But the service is good, breakfast is okay, parking is convenient, and there are no other advantages.

There is nothing to say about this room. There are so many people for breakfast, which means that there are many people staying.

Very cost-effective, recommended

We chose this property bc it had good pricing and convenient to many of the things we wanted to do. The room was a little small but comfortable for just the 2 of us. Everything was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was hot and had great variety.

The room was clean although the tub looked stained. The bed was comfortable which is super important. There were a lot of breakfast options and appreciated the oat milk. However, please consider more vegan and healthier options such as vegan yogurt and whole grain breads. The coffee was fresh and delicious! Upon entering the hotel lobby there was a very strong stale cigarette/cigar odor. The lobby needs some work to eliminate the smell.

Terrible experience at night there's no hot water, but next morning has burning water.Our room had a broken light and dirty bathtub. The engineer was docile and unresponsive, as well as the fact that they did not seem to particularly care about our situation.

The woman at the front desk on the morning shift was rude and should not be in customer service. She was NOT welcoming at all. Even when I was checking out I was the only one there and she saw me and some guy came around me and she helped him first. I said to her that I was standing there first and no one was there and she said I thought he was with you. She is a liar because no one was there when I was there. She didn’t even say she was sorry or how was your vacation. All the ladies at the breakfast staff were very nice and helpful. The elevator was not always working. Our room sink and tub were so clogged with hair that both would fill up while using them. We stood in water in the shower. I reported it to another staff member. As you walked in the lobby it smelled terrible like cigarette smoke. It was disgusting. We stayed in many hotels on this trip, many Marriotts and this is the first one that we did not like. Everyone in all the other hotels were very nice and welcoming. This ruined our time from the minute we walked into the hotel she was rude. I came early and she didn’t even say hello and welcome she said our check in is at 4 pm. Nothing else. You do not greet someone like that. We will never go back there again.

Lights out in parking lot. Couldn’t drop off suitcases for fear of being towed!! Unfriendly unwelcoming staff. Asked for different pillows for 2 days before getting them. Furniture and carpet old looking. Breakfast was good. No public hand sanitizer. Inconvenient parking.

The room was clean, good breakfast, great great coffee all day long. Did not use facilites. Rooms a little outdated for connecting phones etc

The hotel and our room was clean and the breakfast is excellent. But by far the best, was the staff. Everyone was so nice & cheerful and they interacted easily with all guests. Good job team!!!

Though the hotel is a little dated, it is well maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and you feel like you are visiting friends. I had requested that my room not be freshened while I was there but the cleaning staff came in anyway, which was a little upsetting, but all in all, I would highly recommend this little jewel in Boca.

Very nice room. In a weird area. They're is a nice trail nearby, but not very walkable to anywhere else.
