We arrived around 18.15h. The hotel was closed. Phone calls and whatsapp messages were not answered for some time. Finally we got a code to open a key box. Inside was the key for a room that we had not booked. It took long time before we got the key for the room that we had booked. The next morning the hotel owner had not informed their staff about the breakfast time. However, the breakfast was good. There was no room service. The beds were not made, the bath not cleaned, and the remainder of the breakfast had not been removed. Because of this exceptionally poor service, we asked the owner for 20% price reduction. The communication was difficult, and they refused. We do not recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und bietet eine gute Anbindung an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie den Weihnachtsmarkt und die Museummeile. Während meines Aufenthalts habe ich das Kunstmuseum besucht. Das Frühstück war zufriedenstellend, die Ausstattung des Hotels war gut. Allerdings empfand ich mein Einzelzimmer als etwas zu kühl, und es gab einen unangenehmen Geruch im Badezimmer.

Abends um 19:30 Uhr angekommen - niemand mehr an der Rezeption, Tür verschlossen. Soweit sogut, es stehen ja 4 Telefonnummern an der Tür. Alle angerufen, war jedesmal der Anrufbeantworter dran. Nach ca. 5 min Rückruf bekommen, dass unser Schlüssel im Schlüsseltresor liegt. Zimmer war Nr. 19 im 3.OG. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Im Flur gibt es Brandschutztüren, deren Offenhaltung mittels Magnethalter nicht funktioniert - sehr sinnvoll, dann mit einen Feuerlöscher die Tür zu blockieren. Weitere 10 min später eine WhatsApp vom Inhaber bekommen, dass wenn wir Frühstück wünsch, dieses bitte jetzt per WhatsApp bestellen sollte - allerdings für 10 €/pP. Ich antwortete das wir Frühstücken wollten, dieses aber incl. sei. Am Morgen wusste die Dame an der Rezeption leider nichts von unserem Frühstück. Leider war sie auch nicht der deutschen Sprache mächtig, ich wollte aber auch nicht mit Ihr auf Russisch ausdiskutieren, so dass wir ohne Frühstück gingen.
