Very welcoming and safe area next to a lot of stores and a gas station making it very convenient. Scheduled last minute reservation and day before. This place definitely has the best suit for the price. Definitely check them out if you’re visiting in or around Booneville!

The management is terrible. I paid $50.00 everyday for over a month. And every day these people acted as if they were not going to get paid. One day they even put me out of my room. Of course they got their money the same day. The management is not very respectful to paying customers. I would advice against anyone staying at this particular motel. The staff is very unprofessional and so is the management.

The room was very nice and they allow dogs for a fee per pet. It was difficult to locate as the Best Inn sign was not illuminated and it's a busy area with a lot of other business activity and the GPS put us a little past the entrance at a school location.

We checked in, went to our room and asked for a refund right away. The door, walls, and ceiling were covered in hundreds of bugs!! The shower wall was disgusting as were the walls. We went to the front desk to ask for a refund and nobody was around (this was at 3pm.) We still have not received a refund. I would never stay here again.

The very limited AC outlets would not hold the plug in the wall. The bathroom vanity light only worked about half of the time. The girl at the front desk was very pleasant during checkin. However, the only ice machine was in their office and they had no ice buckets in the room. They gave me a small plastic bag of ice. I guess they expected me to place it in the sink which is what I did.

Toilet was broken and there were people outside making noise. Bed was comfortable.
