Ideal hotel for business travelers. The layout of the room was perfect for someone who just wanted to focus on work. Breakfast was efficient and tasty. The reception was always friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

It was a nice experience to stay in Hyatt Place Boston. Although we have to pay for the parking each day. The place is near the highway so it was very convenient to go to Boston.

The room was perfect. The space was sufficient and amenities were stocked. Furthermore, breakfast was very tasty. One concern was that the hot water in the shower was not hot.

Very helpful staff, there's also a shuttle that gets you to the nearby train and bus stations, that was very helpful! Housekeeping comes only on the fourth day which they said now it's the protocol for all the hotels, the breakfast is decent though I preferred having more options, especially in cheese 😅 everything else was very nice, it's clean and the room was spacious, everyone was willing to help, I highly recommend it :)

The hotel's sanitation and environmental services are very good, and the breakfast is good, rich and delicious. The downside is that the rooms, equipment, elevators, etc. are too old. Relatively biased location, parking fee.

We stayed for six days and cleaned the room once, and it was still in the case of constant inquiries. The room is stuffy and aging, the shower water pressure is not enough, and the air conditioner is very noisy. Parking costs $12 a day, which is not recommended.

I enjoyed my stay! Everything was great! The customer service was just absolutely amazing. My only complaint which I wouldn’t really call it a complaint is there are no microwaves and the channel selection wasn’t that great but everything else was just great!
