C'est un hôtel 2 étoiles et il ne faut pas s'attendre à du top.
Donc pas de surprise c'était bruyant à souhait et très serré comme espace.
Mais pour deux nuits faut se faire une raison.

The hotel was very reasonable price my friend and her son and myself stayed there we had 2 rooms which was very clean We stayed for 2 nights Highlight of our stay was the outstanding service we received from Austin at reception he was so helpful and genuine nice young man would definitely recommend staying here there was nothing to much for Austin he is a credit to the hotel will definitely be coming back here again because of the service we received thank you Austin

We stayed for 6 nights with breakfast. The hotel is in the heart of Lourdes close to Basilica of Our Lady. A 10-minut walk to a really impressive Torchlight procession held every evening at 9pm. The rooms are clean and neat. Breakfast continental. And the staff, kind, helpful, communicative. Realy interested in guests comfort.

Great experience. The hotel is small but has all amenities that one would require for a short break in the very centre of Lourdes. Breakfast was good and owners were always very willing to help. For the price paid and service offered i highly recommend this place.

À fuir absolument, ne faites pas vous avoir en regardant uniquement ses prix qui sont bas le dirigeant srilankais et ses personnels sont comme la chambre de son hôtel. Aucun respect clientèle.. Vraiment une expérience désagréable dans cet hôtel que nous avons vécu. J'avais réservé 2 nuits à la base et je n'y suis restée qu'une seule. Le patron me demande de régler les séjours à l’arrivée avant de prendre possession de la chambre.. je n’ai jamais vu ça dans d’autres établissements Au début je ne comprenais pas trop pourquoi mais après avoir réglé et visiter la chambre que j’avais compris pourquoi, au vue de l’état de la chambre ( la propreté? 0 hygiène, très mal isolée aussi bien thermique que phonique c’est 0, pas de chauffage opérationnel..) De plus le personnel srilankais qui m’a encaissé le paiement n’a pas foutu de me fournir la facture acquittée, il me demande de revenir plus tard pour qu’il me fasse la facture en revanche fallait absolument réglé la chambre impérativement C’est des escrows.. l'eau chaude pareil, faut laisser couler 10 minutes environ avant d’avoir l’eau tiède (sur leur règlement intérieur de l’hôtel, c’est spécifié pas de gaspillage en eau ) Donc douche froide, pas de chauffage et nuit courte car il n'y a pas d'isolation phonique et thermique dans la chambre. Cet hôtel néglige complètement sa clientèle en therme de responsabilité pour le confort des clients et les remontées des dysfonctionnements. Leurs principales interêt c’est l’argent avant tout et le reste la direction comme ses employés sont fichent… Franchement qui t’a payé un séjour un peu plus cher, au moins vous aurez un séjour digne de votre voyage.. Le petit bonus c’est l’emplacement sinon je redis encore une fois fuyez cet établissement hôtel Milan, personnellement je ne remettrai plus jamais mes pieds dans cet hôtel pourrie et je déconseillerai également à mes entourages
