We lifted up the sheets and there was a bounce of stink bugs in the bed there was stains all in the bed sheets the bed was definitely remade instead of changed

Nice hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool. Night shift manger very nice day shift not as friendly. We did enjoy ourselves and the location was good. Would stay there again.

Have stayed at this hotel many years as it is close to beech bend. This hotel has been great up until this stay. The blanket had cigarette holes, the ceiling had some type of stains as well as under the mirror, the carpet was torn and you would trip over it. The elevator also didn't work for two days of our stay which didn't affect us but we seen an older couple struggle to get up the stairs.

The room was pretty clean, however it didn’t need some updates. The bed spread had holes and the bathroom wall had cracks. The staff were friendly though and we had no other complaints.

Room was dirty, tub had stains, staff was nice,hot tub was nice, bed sheets was nasty would not recommend

Pros…bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked, pool was ok, hot tub needs resurfacing, breakfast was nice. Cons…mold on the bathroom and on the window, room was very dirty, hallways smelled bad, flooring was coming up in hall, elevator, and room, towel bars and toilet paper holder rusted. I can’t believe Wyndham has their name on this place. We won’t use this hotel again.

Don’t pay for breakfast it is not worth it. Check your room when you get in. There was dead bugs in our room and hair from the previous person in the shower but we got in late and didn’t inspect before we went to bed.

Place is a dump. Run down, bad bed, tv didn’t work, noisy, fire dept came in middle of the night in response to fire alarm. Unoccupied room next door was flooding from the tub.
