The property location is excellent, we got river facing rooms with great views. The staff and service was great too. Limited choices in dining and the continental breakfast had the least amount choices, some bread, jams, yogurt and fruit... Would definitely would've gone for more stars if not for the limited dining options.

My daughter and I stay at Inn at the Falls was great! The area was quiet the staff was all friendly and went the extra mile to ensure your stay was comfortably. It is a nice cozy spot to stay at and also walking distance to many stores and restaurants if you are not driving.

Great place to stay. Check in was made easy and convenient for us as we arrived late. Room was clean and comfortable. Our second time there and we would go back again for sure.

Quiet and less than a 10 minute walk to the main street in the old town area of Bracebridge. My room was clean, and has laminate flooring which I prefer in hotels. Large tv, Keurig coffee machine, small fridge, microwave, wine glasses, one high table with 2 stools, comfy bed, closet and full bathroom with tub.
Excellent for short stays.
Bakery and many locally owned restaurants nearby.

Nice little inn but maybe not worth the cost, depending what type of room you got. Our standard king room was a tiny bare room at the back of the main house. There was a nice view but not much else. Basic continental breakfast was disappointing for the cost of the room.

Very cozy room! Everything was clean and comfortable. The only con would be the VERY squeaky bed. If you’re looking for boom boom time, refrain from using the bed and use another surface!

We did enjoy our stay just noted that the room and furnishings are a little dated now. The continental breakfast was not very good. Should have more choice other than chocolate muffins and cereal and toast. Maybe a carafe of decalf coffee but not instant! Staff were nice.

Stayed in the “mews”, a separate building from the main hotel. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Room was cheerful, but tired. Comfortable bed, pillows and sheets. Room included a tv, mini fridge, iron, AC unit, and non-working coffee maker. Wraparound porch was amazing with great view of the river. It looked like there had been some updates… hallway had been painted cheerful colors, but other areas needed some attention. Windows were tough to open, bathroom was in need of an update and a fan, porch and outside paint was peeling. A bit disturbing: the room smelled heavily of fabreeze on arrival. When it dispersed, a musty smell was present. Moisture marks on the ceiling and a dehumidifier running in the hallway made us wonder if there was a mold issue. Okay for a more affordable option, but would hope the owners can make some updates. Could be a great, not just okay hotel. Walkable to restaurants, shops and walking trails.
